Initial delays but happy with the result
The massage chair took two months to come to my house due to supply chain issues which is understandable, and delays from the white glove company (Covid, short-staffing issues) I also had issues with the white glove company that was supposed to do the final delivery but the owner of Massage Chair Heaven, Yunior, sprung into action and was able to resolve the delivery and setup issue once he found out. At the end of the day, it was a very positive experience. The chair works great.

Just know, we weren't aware of this issue and we will handle it accordingly. Also, we sent you and email, and I just called you and left you a voicemail. We have called the White Glove Delivery company and they were waiting on an approval to bring a 3rd person since you have a second floor.
