the woman i spoke with was high pressure. now i know why. the chair was reduced to $3999 shortly after. she knew it was going to be reduced in price. GREEDY nobody offered me any money back! still waiting. the chair is very nice. the men who delivered and assembled it, knew nothing about it. i had to attach the foot stool on the bracket and find a screw to fit because the original was missing.
