Very unhappy with overall service
Very unhappy with overall service. The chairs I originally purchased we out of stock after ordering, I was assured the color of the replacement chairs was darker in the pictures and was going to be the color of the original chairs, I upgraded paying $1400 additional and the chairs came, the boxes were thrown away from the while glove service that was used leaving marks on the inside of the chairs. When speaking with the manager he was not helpful at all and said the chairs would lighten up in the light now that there were unboxed. We are stuck with 10,000 in chairs that are not what was promised and no recourse!!

Hi Tricia, I am really sorry about this inconvenience. However, you called us after your chairs were installed and put together. The boxes were thrown away, and you weren't there during the installation process to verify everything before. As previously explained. Returns are not allowed without the original boxes and contents. This is stated in our return policy. I am really sorry, but this would have been avoided if you were present during installation to refuse delivery. I have to apologize but we stand behind our policy.
