I believe I was treated fairly and honestly
What makes my experience great is the chair it's self. In the evening i can find pain relief and relaxation and that's why I bought the chair!!!

White Glove Delivery
Ordering, financing and the chair were easy to use and the timing was great. The White Glove service was not as good as expected. The scheduler called for next day delivery between 11 am and 3 pm. When no one showed I contacted the person that set up the appointment at 4:30 pm. He had to contact the driver to see what was going on. They determined that the delivery should happen around 7 pm. The truck arrived at 7:30 pm the two guys did not know how to take an arm off to get it through the 29" doorway. It was just lacking about a half inch of going through the door. After they struggled for about 30 minutes I suggested putting a blanket on each side so not to mar the sides. It slid right through, they placed it where we requested and they left about 9 pm. UPDATE I received a personal call and follow-up with an email. I appreciate the attention of them contacting the delivery company supervisor so that this doesn't hopefully happen to other customers.

The chair was delivered but only to the…
The chair was delivered but only to the first location in the house, not where I wanted it. Now we can't move it because of the weight. The chair was not assembled for us. The instructions were very simple but, they did not seem to match our chair. It said to put screws in locations where there were no screw holes. Our arms are still not attached.

Bought a refurbished M888
Bought a refurbished M888 and after a week of use a couple of air hoses came off, called customer service and they were very helpful but due to covid and limited work force it took a while for repairs. I enjoy my chair and happy of purchase. Seems to be well constructed and is nice looking that can be close to a wall and fully operational.

I have had the chair a couple of months…
I have had the chair a couple of months and it has been great. Some negatives I have were when I initially bought it. The delivery times are longer than advertised and the freight company had poor communication. When I received the chair one of the airbags was not working. This took some time to resolve because I think they thought I had not put it together properly and it took some communication before they sent a service person over. He quickly fixed the problem that was a result of the factory and not something that I did. Since then the chair has worked perfectly and I am happy with my purchase.
