Yunior provided excellent service. He let us test the Inada Therapina Robo massage chair throughly until we felt comfortable with it. The delivery service was great and Boris did an amazing job of assembling the chair for us. Thank you Yunior and team for everything.

We went to the store, we went in just to look and the attention of Yunior the seller was so good that we tried all the chairs. In the end we bought "Emperor 4D". My husband and I love it and I recommend it 100 percent. I want to thank the delivery service and especially the attention in store, we are very happy! Ricardo

Customer service was great! Yunior was helpful with explaining thr different types of chairs so I was able to select the best one for me. He even went the extra mile to help me get the color I desired when it appeared as though it may not have been available. Thanks again!

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Card was charged against your own written policies when chair was not in stock, never once received communication of delays until I called/emailed. Even after accepting a scratch and dent model it was shipped 5 days later and arrived weeks after it should have, truly an awful experience and will never order or recommend massage chair heaven.

Hi Katie, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We are terribly sorry that you have experienced these issues with your order. Please note this was an issue caused by an inventory miscalculation on our end and we apologize about that. We are working on correcting the issue and a customer service representative continue to assist you until it has been completed. Kind Regards, Yunior @ Massage Chair Heaven

Massage Chair Heaven has good customer service, and the Inada chair has nice quality manufacturing Japanese products! A fly in the ointment, massage is too soft for me, and it seems to be suitable for people who need to very soft and light therapy massage. Thank you!

This company is great to work with. I live on the other side of the country and they made me feel so comfortable with my purchase and answered any questions I had promptly. The chair was delivered to my son and he is very happy with it.
