Massage Chair HeavenReviews of massagechairheaven.com

Easy end-to-end. They called to schedule the delivery day and when the day came the delivery was prompt and the guys were in and out with assembly in about 20 minutes. I've been using the chair for over a month now and I can honestly say it's one of the best purchases I've made. I use it most days because it really helps relieve tension

Great service and responsiveness with email communication! Also, phone calls and texting for delivery and scheduling. Always kept in the loop on the status of my product even during the busy holidays. the service to set up in home, was also very professional! Thank You!

Service was great from start of order thru to the delivery. I will use them again. And my chair is awesome!

We absolutely love our new massage chair! It was a great price and the customer service is excellent. There was a mixup with the delivery company but the owner of Massage Chair Heaven made sure to call and follow up to make sure the issue was resolved. We now think that every home should have one of these chairs and highly recommend buying from Massage Chair Heaven!!

I bought the Kahuna 7300, Heavy, but easy to assemble. Many massage options, the stretching features are cool but subtle. Looks modern. My experience was entirely online. Excellent chair and professional company.

This chair is amazing!! So many options to use to fit each person. My boyfriend had a wide frame. 5’10”, 275lbs but muscular. He is able to use with ease. Love the heat as well. Only wish is for a pillow. There are no massaging balls up that high so don’t see a reason for not placing one. We also got a weighted blanket and falling asleep in this chair for a nap is amazing!! The delivery service was great and not to timely either.

Highly recommend. Very upfront and gave me the best price1st time contacted. Knowledgeable on products and made sale process enjoyable.

The interactions I had with Massage Chair heaven and the ordering process were stellar and the chair is amazing. I had incredible trouble with the transport company AIT, who left the chair in their warehouse for almost 2 weeks before they delivered it. Their warehouse was only 60 miles from our house and on the second supposedly scheduled day for delivery they forgot to put it on the truck. The two young men who brought the chair to us were very, very nice young man who took special care and handling and assembling the chair. I hope that the issues with the transportation trucking company can be resolved and customer service and delivery times improved .
