Great Customer Service Received my chair which happened come broken in a particularly bad spot on the back of the chair that couldn't be fixed. Took Pictures of the issue and sent it to customer support who got back to me quickly and courteously. I received my replacement a two weeks later that works great, good customer service, quick response, happy with product.

The bad: it takes a bit longer than I would like to receive the item (more than 3 weeks). I'm just spoiled with so many companies focusing on quick order fulfillment and shipping. Not a big deal. The good: everything else. The chair I ordered seems brand new. It is in perfect condition. I got an incredibly nice chair for about 1/3 of the cost. It took about 10 seconds to assemble. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Our company recently ordered 12 Steelcase chair from Madisonseating. Four were broken upon receipt--the back brackets had snapped for some reason. Madisonseating's customer service rep offered to send replacements at no cost and they were quite helpful.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...BE WARNED! I purchased an Aeron chair in January and had no issues. I purchased another Aeron chair in April, delivered May 4th and the left arm will not stay in place and falls down constantly. I contacted Madison Seating and was told that the chair needs minor adjusting and to take the back off to adjust. I advised that I shouldn't have to further adjust the chair beyond assembly and would like to exchange the chair. The representative Matthew became extremely rude. He indicated that they will not exchange the chair for another. He also indicated that the chair can be returned, but no further purchases will be allowed moving forward. What kind of company does that and communicates in that way? Madison Seating claims to have a hassle free return policy, yet hassles it's customers when they complain about their sub-par product.

The company YMCA of Metropolitan Washington bought an office chair that requires minor assembly. When Celeste contacted our customer service department she demanded we send a technician to her to adjust the chair. We informed her that we do not send technicians to tighten a bolt, which is the only adjustment that is needed to tighten the arms on her chair. The customer was argumentative and refused to cooperate with any of our suggestions. The item arrived in perfect working condition. Adjustments can be made to suit ones particular needs. You do not need a technician to help you operate the chair.

Our Company ordered 40 Allsteel Acquity chairs from Madison Seating. The sales experience was very positive and the chairs were delivered directly to our suite on time and in the in the condition as promised. Two of the chairs were badly damaged during shipping and since receipt of delivery, we found 4 additional chairs do not properly work (they will not move up and down). I reached out to customer service and they have agreed to ship replacement chairs to us at no additional cost! We will definitely consider ordering from Madison seating the next time we need office chairs.

Shipped on time as per estimated arrival. When I ran into an issue with one of the chairs being damaged Madison seating customer service could not be more accommodating. They quickly responded and took action. Not to mention you cant beat their price. This has been my 4th order from Madison seating.

I placed my order April 16 and chose ground shipping. Expected delivery was May 5, which was a really long time, but at least they were up front about it. When checking my order status, I noticed it was listed as “Ship Ready” for several days. I emailed April 25 to see if there was any issue or if there was some way to get the order moving. With ground shipping across the country, I was worried it might not arrive by the estimated date. I recieved a fast and courteous response saying everything was fine and that I needed to wait until the estimated arrival time. Fair. Two days after the estimated arrival, I checked the status and it was unchanged. I emailed asking that my order be pulled out of limbo. I again got a fast and courteous response, but this time was told they had a lot of orders and that delayed things. My order should ship within the next business week and would arrive within a week after that. I said I understood things went wrong sometimes but would they at least expedite my shipping to make up for their miscalculation. I was told they would look into it but the next email I got was a ground shipping notice. I thought my customer service rep was professional and courteous but only when I initiated contact. To have such a shipping delay and not communicate it is pretty negligent and I’m particularly disappointed that I offered an easy way to make up for their failure to process my order in a resonable manner by upgrading my shipping and was ignored. My first experience with Madison may be my last. Lets see the state of my new chair when it arrives.

Ordered a Steelcase Leap chair from Madison Seating. Upon receipt of the chair, the back had broken. The agent offered to replace the chair at no cost to me, much apprecaited!
