We are a public university and have decided to purchase chairs from Madison Seating. We are so glad we did, although one of the Freedom Chairs with Headrest was damaged. Madison Seating handled the situation exceptionally well. Annie from customer service responded promptly and arranged a replacement without requiring me to return the damaged chair. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and hassle-free resolution!

First, I wanna say this is the most comfortable chair I’ve ever had. I am 68 with a bad back and it was very easy to put together.. It arrived FedEx in a very timely manner. And the price you cannot go wrong with Madison seating. I really wanna thank them for this beautiful chair and to all the naysayers, I really don’t know what you’re so concerned about. To anyone that skeptical don’t be my chair was in perfect condition. No marks no blemishes. Works like a dream.

The chair I received had a significant break in the frame, so I reached out to customer service. They offered me the option of a discount on the chair I had, or, to send back the damaged one and they would send a replacement. I chose the latter and began to rebuild the original box and gather the packaging material. However, I was having issues dissembling the chair (I don't have a great back which didn't help, part of the reason I need the chair :)) and reached out to see if there were any special instructions or advice. They offered just to send me a new chair and keep the current one! I can't speak to what others have encountered but in terms of the customer service I received it has been top notch. Friendly and prompt replies from Annie and others. And certainly, an acceptable resolution.

I emailed customer service with a question before I ordered online and was answered the same day allowing me to scratch the task of ordering 9 chairs off my list quickly. I received tracking information when the items shipped which was super fast.
