I'm reversing an original review. There was some slight miscommunication (I believe both of us were to blame) around a return, but in the end, Madison Seating really stepped up. I previously purchased an Aeron chair from them and that was a great experience too. Highly recommended.

I was so excited to get the daybed I ordered! After a week ago I got an email telling me it was discontinued after they had processed my order. They suggested another daybed (nothing like this one) as an alternative, and it cost $1000 more! Very thoughtful of them, don't you think? Turns out they still have 13 different varieties of this daybed currently on their website for sale. I talked to a rep there and he said, "yeah, they're all out of stock." Poor business practices, very frustrating. Do not order from these people. Share with friends. Upon looking at reviews from Yelp and others…I should never have purchased anything from them.

So after spending quite a bit of time googling around and researching online companies for my big purchase, an Aeron I had been saving up for for a while, I had settled on madisonseating.com because of its great reputation. I must admit that I was a little nervous after making submitting my order (I mean, who isn't a little nervous when making any online purchase these days, right?... ) but as it turned out, I needn't have worried. i bought an office chair here - the aeron fully loaded. it came and it was too big for the small space that i have in my kitchen, and they took it back no questions! they ahve a great policy - 30 day money back guarantee!!! i got a full refund on the chair a week after i got it simply because i did not like the way it fit! i needed a new bedroom set, so i bought from them since i was so fond of their service. waiting for the bedroom set now, cant wait! great price for good quality bedroom set! great guys there. awesome place.
