After much searching online, I settled on a chair through Madisonseating.com. I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely shop with them again. The fact they have the best prices is an added bonus to the great care they put into my purchase.

i ordered a Steelcase Leap v2 chair. It arrived earlier than the quoted 10-14 business days, which was great. Though each piece was packaged well, one of the levers was broken. Support was responsive about getting another chair sent out. I haven't received it yet, but am looking forward to it. It's a great price for a great chair.

please please ...don't ever buy from this business I bought a chair from them which was defective ...they never responded to my complain which was 3-4 emails and muliple calls ...when I filed a complaint with BBB they responded to me saying since I went to BBB they won't approve the warranty kind of penalizing me for doing so....I have developed a chronic back pain using this product( I do wfh) scamming hard working ppl with their hard earned money will take them nowhere my advice save your self from trouble and stay away from this merchant ...

Leap chair ($380) pneumatic lift didn’t work. When I reached out, Madison seating sent me an old YouTube video with someone using a screw driver and popping the seat out. Not something I wanted to try on an expensive chair. They went silent after that

Knoll Office Chair - exactly what I wanted, great back support in a chair that will last a long time. I had a little problem with the hydraulic up/down feature which may have been damaged while shipping. Contacted customer service and they managed it within 24 hrs. Also - shipper brought the huge box right to my door which is a big positive.

They advertise and sent me an email that would match competitor pricing and then would not match a legitimate price from a legitimate source. They seem really shady and curt and I was a prospective customer. It explains why they have a lot of bad reviews. Poor customer service for sure.

Excellent customer service!! I ordered a leap chair but it arrived broken, which is probably caused by shipping. The customer service told me to just keep the broken one and they will send a new one!
