I ordered a Steelcase Think V2 Chair, which arrived on time (within the stated 14 days). However, when I received the chair, I realized they sent me the wrong the V1 original chair, which was listed on their site for $100 less. I asked them to allow me to exchange the chairs. Instead of exchanging, they refunded me the $100, which does not include sales tax they charged for the V2 chair. When I asked about the refund on tax, they said that it could not be returned as the tax was calculated on their business location, which makes absolutely no sense. I have never heard of a business not refunding sales tax! While I can forgive the mistake of sending the wrong chair, I don't understand how a business can't refund the full amount of purchase price + sales tax.

I ordered a chair from Madison Seating, and they had delays with shipping. It did arrive yesterday, but the box was damaged, and a piece of the chair was broken. It seems FedEx didn't see all the large signs that said "FRAGILE". Thankfully, their support is replacing the chair at no additional cost to me. I'm appreciative of their quick response to this, and hopefully I'll get the replacement quickly since my back is killing me sitting on a step stool at my desk.

I ordered a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from Madison Seating on recommendation from my employer's ergo group since I'm now WFH. I contacted Madison Seating through email about two issues with the chair upon arrival, there have been delays on their responses due to Covid-19. (The seat won't raise or lower and the back has a crack.) They have sent me a link to a YouTube video and I've tried following the instructions to fix the cylinder but the video is not very clear. I do hope they create a new, more professional, clearer video to assist with this issue. It appears from reading other reviews that it is a common issue. I will be receiving a new chair and will update my review once I have a working chair. :)

Great customer service. I ordered a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from them because it had been recommended to me from a knowledgeable source. I contacted Madison Seating through email about two issues with the chair upon arrival, and they responded right away. (There was a problem with the seat lifting up and down and also a small crack.) I am receiving a whole new chair and I am very happy.

I got a chair due to working from home situation, I got a back support broken. But Annie from customer service was great, she gave us an option to send a new chair immediately. I highly recommend madison seating.

I purchased a Herman Miller Aeron chair from Madisonseating.com 5 years ago. The chair and warranty were good, and its price was even better. Two years later, a part of the chair had an issue, and I contacted its customer service. It resolved my issue promptly under warranty. That was why I bought another Herman Miller chair from MadisonSeating last month. I strongly recommend this company to anyone and I will buy from this company, if I need a good chair.

I ordered a great chair at a great price, but unfortunately one of the screws was defective (so the chair's arm fell apart). Upon emailing the company, they immediately proposed shipping me a new chair. I really appreciate the quick resolution.

Ordered a chair, once arrived, the chair did come in damaged, but the company quickly reacted and advised that they are shipping me a new one. Didn’t like receiving a broken chair, but liked the customer service response and resolution.
