So- I was new to pomegranate and ordered 1 vial. It was on sale. I had no idea what a BUD was but it’s beyond use date. They sent me the vial and it expired in less than a week. I can’t use a single dose. I reached out to them and they said- it said BUD 8/2/26. In my intake I was very clear that I couldn’t use the medication for 2 weeks- they sent the vial- prescribing for 4 weeks. When I called they said- you can’t use it past the BuD. Be very careful- they are clearly a bit shady!

They sent me the wrong dose. When reaching out to the medical team, they take over a week to respond! My credit card gave me the money back thankfully. But they are scammy. When they finally did answer they tried gaslighting me to believe I order that dose.

I ordered Tirzepatide from JoinPomegranate.com. They packaged it on Thursday, 7/16/26. It was given to UPS on Friday, then not delivered to my Florida address until Monday, 7/20/26. It took 4 days and of course it arrived completely at outdoor temperature in Florida. This is unacceptable. They should not have shipped it over the weekend during Florida summer, knowing how long it would take to deliver and that it would not stay chilled. They have refused to replace it or refund it. VERY NOT SATISFIED with JoinPomegranate. Obviously they are only concerned with sales and not customer service.

Pomegranate Health is superb to deal with. I was attracted by the low-cost promotion and wanted to purchase at a lower price offered by other providers. The process went smoother than I expected and there were no surprises in terms of processing, billing and delivery. Communication with Customer servioce about the my order at each stage of the purchase was prompt and spot on via email, texts and updates on my Dashboard on the portal. Delivery service was also flawless in terms of timing and execution. I was pleased that my vials arrived unaffected by the heat. Will definitely order from Pomegranate Health again.

I chose Pomegranate Health because their pricing for tirzepatide seemed affordable. Unfortunately, my first experience has been incredibly disappointing. After paying my $75 intake fee and being approved for treatment, I attempted to pay for my medication through the patient portal. The portal displayed "Payment Complete" and "Order Being Processed," yet I was never able to move forward or receive my medication. Over the next several weeks, I contacted customer service numerous times by phone and email. Responses were often delayed, and I had to repeatedly explain the same issue. I was continually directed back to the patient portal or a new invoice, but both led to the same unresolved problem. I requested that my concerns be escalated to a manager and asked for a phone call so the issue could be resolved more efficiently. Instead, I was told that my concerns could be addressed through email and that no additional review would change the outcome. I also spoke with a representative who discussed the possibility of a discount because of the delays and inconvenience. Later, I was informed that no discount would be offered. To make matters worse, the consultation and prescription are only valid for 30 days, while the issue preventing me from completing my order remained unresolved. I was also informed that my $75 intake fee is non-refundable, even though I have been unable to move forward because of the unresolved portal issue. I chose Pomegranate because I thought I would save money. Instead, I've spent weeks trying to resolve a problem that should have been fixed early on. This experience taught me that lower pricing isn't always worth it. I'd rather pay more to work with a company that provides reliable systems, timely communication, and responsive customer service.
