I’ve given Pomegranate Health two chances, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. The first time, they failed to get my medication to me on time, which forced me to stop taking it unexpectedly. I decided to give them another chance, but the second experience was even worse. After being charged $975, I waited over three weeks for my refill and still had not received my medication. When you’re relying on medication, delays like this aren’t just inconvenient, they can directly impact your health and treatment progress. Charging patients while failing to deliver prescriptions in a timely manner is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pomegranate Health.

Customer service is terrible. They lie and will tell you they will return the $75 fee but don’t stand behind their word. The only customer service is off shore in the Philippines. They give Jacksonville Fla as their location but there’s no contact information or names of owners. What kind of company keeps the money when a potential customer cancels before any services have been provided. Look on Better Business Bureau. Pomegranate is rated a F with a lot of complaints. Sketchy is putting it mildly.

Pomegranate has been such a blessing for me that I have recommended to several friends! From their amazing support and customer service, especially Josefa and Maria!!, to their caring and awesome medical staff Pomegranate Health is 5⭐ healthcare for any imaginable need. Thank you for everything, Pomegranate I can't imagine a more perfect healthcare team!!

I signed up with Pomegranate Health and paid the $75 consultation fee, but after that, everything went silent. I didn’t receive any follow-up communication, no appointment scheduling, and no clear next steps. The onboarding process made it seem like things would move quickly, but in my case there has been no progress at all. I’ve essentially been left waiting without any updates after being charged. If there are delays, that should be communicated clearly. Right now, the lack of transparency and responsiveness is SO frustrating, especially after paying upfront. It's like they just took the money and went dark. I would recommend improving communication and ensuring that new patients are either scheduled promptly or at least kept informed about timelines! As it stands, the experience feels like it's a scam. I still don't have my money back.

Great customer care with pharmacy options

I love Pomegranate Health. My ordering experiences have been smooth. Most people expect instant gratification. And while it may take up to 72hrs for a provider or message to reach you - this is totally reasonable. They always ship my prescriptions well. They are always respectful in their replies. Their Visit Summaries are written well. They are helping me make life changing improvements in terms of my weight loss. I’m not a person that needs constant communication so this is a great fit for me.

I absolutely love Pomegranate Health! I switched to them from Orderly Meds and I am shocked at how much better Pom was in every aspect. I placed my order on 3/19 and had my meds in hand 6 days later. It came well packaged with ice packs and clear instructions. They offer like 5 different pharmacies to choose from which is a big plus for me. My 1st order was with BPI Labs and it worked great. I just received my 1st refill [2nd order] using Hallandale Pharmacy and I will start that next week. It came even faster than the 1st order and well packaged and my meds was still cold. I really like how we get a detailed 7 page clinical summary, how blood work is required and that they provide receipts. My only complaint is their Charm Portal is really slow. It takes up to a week for everything from my order to show up. And their shipping notifications are behind as well. Both times Ive had my meds in hand before I received an email with tracking on it. But other than the delays of information everything else seems to be great. It was a great experience using Pomegranate and I plan to stay with them for a long while. Very happy customer!!!

I just got my Tirzepanide , they sent 6 months supply in a well packed box . The price was good . I tried them after a bad experience with Refill.com ( they never send the last shipment ). I ‘ m happy . I took an appointment and I spoke with a real person before get the product . The Tirzepanide looks good, vials look good .
