Its very comforting knowing that they have your best interest at heart. I would like to take a moment to recognize Dr. Spangler and the entire team at TestDepot for the outstanding care, professionalism, and personal attention I've experienced throughout my time with their practice. From my virtual consultations with Dr. Spangler to my ongoing communication with the staff, I've consistently appreciated how approachable, attentive, and accommodating everyone has been. Dr. Spangler is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also remarkably accessible. On more than one occasion, while corresponding with members of his staff by text, he has personally joined the conversation to offer guidance or address a question. That level of involvement speaks volumes and is something I genuinely appreciate. I also want to recognize JD and the other members of the team, who have been wonderful to work with. Whether coordinating laboratory work, arranging follow-up consultations, providing updates, or simply answering questions, they have made the entire process straightforward and comfortable. What distinguishes my experience with TestDepot is the sense that there are real people behind the practice who genuinely care about the individuals they serve. Healthcare can sometimes feel impersonal or unnecessarily complicated, but my interactions with Dr. Spangler and his team have been quite the opposite. Good communication, consistency, and personal attention should never be underestimated, particularly when it comes to one's health. I am grateful to Dr. Spangler, JD, and everyone at TestDepot for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication they have shown me. My experience with TestDepot has been amazing. From the providers to the management and office personnel outstanding. The will make sure the treatment fits your needs and provide specific details regarding plan of care. Office management provides immediate follow to any needs you have. You receive your order in timely manner. I highly recommend Test Depot for anyone who’s looking for HRT.

I met with Dr. Spangler in January and was informed that my red blood cell count was high. Because of this, I was advised to undergo therapeutic phlebotomy. I searched extensively in my area but was unable to find a provider willing or able to perform the procedure under my circumstances. Naturally concerned about continuing treatment with an elevated red blood cell count, I attempted to contact Dr. Spangler at his practice for guidance. The response I received was incredibly unprofessional. His secretary told me not to contact him there and hung up on me. I was a patient attempting to reach my physician regarding a legitimate medical concern, yet I was treated as though I had made an inappropriate personal call rather than contacted a doctor’s office about my health. It then took weeks to receive follow-up through the appropriate channels at TestDepot. Because of my concerns, I stopped treatment for a period of time. TestDepot continued contacting me about completing labs, but nearly seven months passed without me proceeding with treatment. Then, unexpectedly, my card was charged again. I contacted TestDepot immediately and explained that I was not proceeding with treatment at that time because of my medical situation. I requested a refund. Their response was essentially that I needed to complete my labs and that they would not refund the charge because the payment covered more than medication, including labs and other services they had arranged. Rather than continue arguing over the charge, I ultimately decided to complete the labs and receive the prescription I had been charged for. But I will not be returning afterward. My experience left me with the impression that TestDepot operates more like a high-volume men’s clinic than a medical practice built around ongoing patient care. When I had a legitimate concern about an abnormal lab result and needed guidance from my physician, getting meaningful follow-up was difficult. Yet months later, charging my card and enforcing payment happened without hesitation. For me, that says a lot about the priorities of the business. Patients undergoing hormone therapy need accessible medical guidance, particularly when abnormal lab results arise. Based on my experience, I did not feel that level of care was provided. I will be finding another provider.
