My experience with Pomegranate is A+. They have spelled out their process and followed through at every level. Their customer service was QUICK to respond and correct a slight issue I had. I actually expected customer service to be much less responsive (like TrimRX) but was I was WRONG. They were quick, efficient and followed up after the fact to confirm that I was satisfied with how they handled my issue. I'm sold! I purchased Sermorelin this time but will direct ALL my future Tirzepatide orders through Pomegranate and I expect I'll be a Tirzepatide Lifer.

They sent me an email for 99$ for 68mg vial, I figured, why not try and see. I have been using grey market goods and would prefer american medicine. They, despite me having submitted, and gone through them previously stated that I would have to start with the starter doses again. No doctor. None. Would ever tell you the correct thing to do would be to go back to 1/6th your current dose. Then, despite having a copy of my prescription from intake, and a copy of my prescription on their website after intake, stated because I didn't have a script they had no choice but to charge me for the starter kit. I didn't sign up for the starter kit. This is bait and switch, which is illegal. I then demanded a refund. No contact from customer service despite it being their policy to refund you for the $75 service charge if you do not get your product. So we have fraud, bait and switch, and malpractice. I should probably sue. If these are actual RN's under an actual doctor, they know this is illegal in every possible way. They bounce you around nurses rapidly so they have an excuse to pretend malpractice isn't the issue and it is just a communication issue. That is my guess. 0/5. I star isn't low enough. I am -$75 and have nothing of value to show for it. My original prescription was from pomegranate, how they have managed to f this up so badly 6 months down the road is mind boggling.

I've ordered a few times from Pomegranate. Ordering during one of their awesome sales was a little tricky as far as communicating with them over any issues with my orders, but I'm sure they were overwhelmed initially with everyone taking advantage of their excellent prices. But!! They caught up quickly, and went above and beyond to get my orders to me. Love Pom - will definitely reorder when it's time for more tirzepitide!

I chose to join Pomegranate Health because of their promotion I seen on reddit r/pomhealth. The service was great and my shipment came in just a few days. Really great prices on sale of BPI. I just wanted to say how impressed and happy I am with Pomegranate’s service and how quick their process is! I ordered my two 68 mg vials Sunday 7/26 as a new customer to the provider, had my asynchronous visit Monday 7/27, received a notification around 7:30 this morning (7/28) that my prescription was being filled, and just received a notification at 8:30pm that my prescription was shipped and will be here Thursday, 7/30!! That’s an INCREDIBLY fast turnaround and very impressive!! Being new to compound tirz and starting with gimme care, I expected a longer wait time. I like gimme as well, but this was a vastly different experience than dealing with Boudreaux’s long turnaround lol. I’ll definitely continue to use both services moving forward, but it’s great to see such quick service in a sea of delays. Thank you, pomegranate!

I experienced excellent customer service with my first time using Pomegranate. I was connect with customer service rep Cherry, who was able to give me status updates and provide details for every question I asked. Would order again through Pom!

My experience with Pomegranate Health has been great. From soup to nuts, it took 7 days to receive my meds in my new “thinner” hands lol. I did my homework, reading reviews and based my decision about joining on what I had read and if that affected me. I knew the initial $75 you give to them with your 11 page health questionnaire was non-refundable. I read their terms, it seemed some did not. The questionnaire is extensive and was more than three other telehealth companies I belonged to in the past required, but I was glad after I did it that they are both looking out for my health and their company. I also was not part of the new portal dilemma that some were. When companies change things it can take a while to get ironed out, but again I signed up after that, and it was smooth sailing. I am very happy being with Pomegranate Health. I give it a thumbs up 👍🏻

The team and clients had trouble transitioning to new system which is expected with all software updates, not to mention throwing new regulations into the mix. Still hands down the best tele-health platform for the price and responsiveness of the team.
