I have ordered my medication through Pomegranate Health since the beginning of 2026. All together, I have placed 5 separate orders and each time the process was fairly seamless. I like the fact that they have multiple pharmacies to choose from and their pricing is very competitive. They always seem to be able to beat their competitors price wise. I read a lot of posts on Reddit, and some people are dissatisfied with them. Most of the complaints seem to be regarding the "confusing" portal, which I have never once had any issues with (even when they were switching from one system to another). I think some people just honestly have a problem with reading comprehension, and if you want an "ordering for dummies" company, then Pomegranate may not be for you. But for ME, they are exactly what I am looking for- fair pricing, multiple options in product, and no membership fees. I will continue to use Pomegranate because I appreciate the quality of their products and their fair pricing.

I’ve been a happy customer since the beginning of the year (2026). The intake process was simple and easy to do. Because I was a newbie, I received a call from a nurse who explained the process. I also did my refills with no issue. The original portal had some issues, so when a new one was released, I initially had a few problems, but customer service was amazing! My orders were delivered on time and packaged nicely. I am happy to recommend them to others. As long as you’re aware of their terms up front and read everything on their website, you will be happy! They have always responded within their promised time line. And when I still had questions, I could always head to Reddit and post to their thread and get a dm. Great prices!

I joined Pomegranate and took advantage of the BPI promo they had before it was no longer! The signup was easy, my appointment with the dr was on time and they order shipped as promised!

I love Pomegranate Health. I have been with this telehealth since February 2026. It's always a little scary to start with a new company but Pom came highly recommended so I thought I would give them a try. From my first order, Pom has been very professional, timely, and up front with pricing. No hidden surprises the next month. I know some people were having some problems with the new portal, but I found it to be smooth. Everything they do is an improvement in service. A ++

I've ordered twice and used bpi pharmacy and the quality is on par with brand version. I needed a specific blend to help with muscle loss and they were able to get a version compounded for me. The only issue is if you are a first time user, read all the information and the process is fill out intake and then a nurse looks at it and sends to doctor for review and sign off. Once approved meds are shipped. If you reach out, everything is a 24 hour response. I'll be ordering more!

My experience with Pomegranate was exceptional! The medical evaluation report was very thorough and done within a couple of days. I received my compound medication with ice packs via UPS within 5 days and it arrived cold and also had detailed instructions on how to use. The customer service has been in touch with me 3 times over the past 5 days and have been very helpful with any questions/concerns. I give them an A+!

I took a chance and signed up for the BPI special thru Pomegranate… so glad I did! Incredible customer service, great easy process! From submission to receiving my order .. 5 days!! I think I might have a new telehealth provider!!!
