Pomegranate Health has patient support in mind. They authentically show up, and at times a number of their staff are in contact with you in order to support orders, requests, and delivery information. I would have given them 5 stars, but their patient portal needs work in updating their processing phases/levels.

Pomegranate does have some kinks in the system. There was a disconnect from my original appointment that delayed my order by two weeks. But once I called the staff was super responsive etc. and everything was settled in a day. Order is mow processing.

The whole process was quick and easy.

I've ordered a few times from Pomegranate. Ordering during one of their awesome sales was a little tricky as far as communicating with them over any issues with my orders, but I'm sure they were overwhelmed initially with everyone taking advantage of their excellent prices. But!! They caught up quickly, and went above and beyond to get my orders to me. Love Pom - will definitely reorder when it's time for more tirzepitide!

I love Pomegranate Health. My ordering experiences have been smooth. Most people expect instant gratification. And while it may take up to 72hrs for a provider or message to reach you - this is totally reasonable. They always ship my prescriptions well. They are always respectful in their replies. Their Visit Summaries are written well. They are helping me make life changing improvements in terms of my weight loss. I’m not a person that needs constant communication so this is a great fit for me.

Pros- Prompt and courteous responses on the messages sent after ordering. Meds came well prepared and with all necessary items and was still cold in ice packs. I've ordered compound TIRZ and B12 from them. Haven't started them yet and BUD is out a ways so in good shape. Cons: Was new to the TIrz program so didn't seek to titrate up when ordering my six month supply so all 24 weeks are starter dose only. (I was not aware I could ask to titrate up from the getgo.) It will only last 3 months since I've moved up in dosage which is a bummer.

Pomegranate definitely has some kinks to work out, but I feel they always try to do right by patients and customers. I have stuck with them and they seem to pull through to solve concerns that have come up. They are priced right and I believe their future has great promise and even greater potential with some service refinement and perseverance through challenges. I appreciate their effort and it doesn't go unnoticed.

The RN I spoke to, Mary Cases, was very informative and detail oriented when answering all of my questions. It was very important to her that I understood why the policies were set in place. My health and nutritional needs were of the upmost importance when we planned my goals. I was so impressed that she considered my input heavily. Of course, we decided when to order my first shot per the procedure set in place. However, since Mary took the time to get to know me I feel confident that my weight loss journey is off to a great start!
