Online price shows clearance $10. Filled out order price shows $34. What gives? Would not fill in credit card info. looks like it is a scam outfit.

Disgraceful. Conversation was short, I entered the promo code for free shipping, did not notice the x's by the items I selected, was confused as to why I wasnt given the discount. Chatted with their customer service agent "Kim" who told me "sorry bout that '' and then disconnected the chat after making me wait a minute and a half for her to dismiss me. They have lost a potential customer, who has been very loyal to Best Made, and apparently the Walmart of Outdoor Trading has bought them. Today I learned that Duluth is not a brand I want to support, shame they bought a fantastic company.

I'm very surprised to see all of the negative reviews. I called customer service and clearly spoke to a woman from the United States and she couldn't have been more pleasant. I placed an order and received it and a very timely fashion during a very busy holiday shipping season. After the holiday I had an exchange to make I received the new item rapidly and my Exchange made it to them quickly as well. Had absolutely no issues receiving a refund. I could not have been any more please with all of the services that I received from Duluth. I understand there was many shipping issues with local Postal Services as well as online services people have to remind themselves that because of the pandemic that we are all facing the Manpower for these companies is limited while the demand for their services has greatly increased . My personal opinion is you should not base your opinion on one dissatisfied experience sometimes it pays to be a little more understanding.

22 days later and still nothing. I ordered a sweater as a gift for Christmas on November 30. I took them over a week to get it out of their warehouse. After that it appears the label was printed but nothing moved. I could have ordered, returned, ordered again, returned again and ordered a third time, received the product from Amazon, the wrapped it, driven it three states over to deliver it myself and come home to make dinner in the time it takes these people to get product to their ex-customers.

Pretty much sums it up. After placing the order, and the bank paying them, the company claims not to have the manpower to ship your order in a timely fashion. You can't cancel the order. You can't get a refund. You can't get expedited shipping. 30-45+ minute waits to get to a CSR. Won't even make that mistake again. NOT worth the hassles.

Do not waste your time! I tried to place an order for my husband to be sent in his name. When I put cc information in it would not let me change the name to mine for the credit card. I hit the back button and redid in my name so it would go through. I then chatted in to verify that only one order went through a minute later. they told me both went through and they could not stop either order. So they will bounce my account because they have a shady website that will not do what it should and if you make a mistake you pay for it. Now I get to deal with a bounced bank account. lesson learned do not do business with them!

Received jacket and extremely pleased with quality and fit, love it! Shipping was on time, no issues.

Duluth Trading claims to have a no bull warranty. These people lost me as a customer because of a defective zipper on my jacket. This would be my second jacket taken back because of a defective zipper. To be fair my first jacket was replaced, but they replaced it with a jacket that had been returned, which made my $90 jacket non-returnable the second time. I replace that zipper myself which I removed from a 20 year old Carhartt sweatshirt I had laying around. Goodbye Duluth Trading, I will spread the word....
