Brief info upfront - I came across Duluth when I was looking for a canvas pant with an inset pocket in the right leg - think Carpenter Jeans with a more Khaki-like look. The Firehose Foreman Pants have been a Go-to for the past 2 1/2 years. They look good enough in an office environment, the fabric is robust and the additional zipper pocket on the right front is ideal to keep documents and currency safe when traveling. They run several sales per year and at a reduced price, these pants are well worth the money. The Ballroom Khaki has similar features and looks a bit more refined - They fit my specific needs perfectly and (again: at sale price) are more affordable than competitive products. I can't speak to their customer service. All orders thus far went off without problems.

First, I'm very impressed with the quality. I sliced my leg open on roofing sheet steel, about 1/8" deep, but the pants didn't tear. At all. Very comfortable and convenient. But.... The sizing is TERRIBLE. Im a 6, but their sizing says I'm a 00 or XXS, not my typical Medium. So I give them 4 stars to get theit sizing corrected. Stop vanity sizing. If some is a size 12, don't label them a 6. Sort of inconvenient to return and exchange. But they have a 1 years tags in return policy so I'll be driving to Knoxville from Johnson City to return. But I definitely recommend their overalls. I'm a farmer / construction worker and love them.

I just made my first ever order to Duluth Trading. I ordered 6 pairs of men’s underwear, 2 each of 3 different styles (Buck Named, Dang Soft, and Armachillo), all at a great price compared to similar products elsewhere. I ordered right between Christmas and New Years so it was understandable that it took a few days to ship. Once shipped, my estimated arrival date shifted a few times in the tracking, but that was FedEx not Duluth. I got the underwear last week, and the quality seems great, color and designs were exactly what I ordered, fit was perfect, and they are so comfortable. These are my new favorites - I’ll be purging some old pairs and buying more. I thought it was weird when I got a notice apologizing for having dropped the ball and not keeping up with holiday shipping and how they are going to do what they can to fix their process, until I came here and saw all the 1-star reviews. Maybe I got lucky, I did not experience any of those frustrations. Sounds like they are aware of their failings and trying to fix it, so I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more from them.

I love most of their clothes, especially the firehose pants and buck naked undies. Also like the flexibition pants. They have some real glitches to their online ordering which can be frustrating (something appears to be available on sale, but when you try to check out, it isn't - and they never correct it for weeks, so it feels like a bait and switch). I wasn't thrilled with how bad the snaps were on their old version of their dry on the fly shorts. These weren't cheap, even on sale, but became useless when the snap wouldn't stay fastened. They updated these now, but what if you own the old ones? I managed to get a seamstress to sew a button on and put in a button hole, and love the shorts, but this makes me wary. Still, I am a repeat customer because they design women's clothes with REAL pockets and functionality!

Clothes are good quality and I have always received what I ordered. They don't get in any hurry on shipping, but I know that when I order. They do overload with constant emails, which is annoying! No one buys clothes every day. Ease up!

Have to admit yes, that while they are pricier than some, their quality is well worth it. They also have impeccable service, whether online or at their stores. I like their flannel shirts, which are great in cold weather, or for outdoor excursions. If you love hunting, hiking, fishing and associated activities, they could be who you’re looking for. Their boots are exceptional. Have completed twenty mile hikes in relative comfort. They have quite a few stores, but I go to their Manassas, VA location most. The employees there are outstanding. Also they have the Duke Cannon Soaps. Fireplace is a solid pick, along with their beer flavored ones. Easy lathering and these bricks last for a substantial period of time. Am pleased to shop with them, and Carhartt fans will be happy also!

I recently went to Duluth’s new store in the area and picked up a few things. Some items I liked were not available in the smaller size I needed and I didn’t want to try to have them order it and go back. Happy with items I have, but some threads were visible at a couple pockets after going through the washing machine which I hope does not mean they will come apart over time. I will write again if the quality does not hold up, but so far I am happy with my items from Duluth.
