Poor web sites. Great product. Was it Duluth store, went home to order products I saw in store and not sold on website.

Does everyone realize they sold Duluth to China? My credit card statement just showed me Air China! Duluth. I double checked. Not only is the manufacturing in China and Vietnam, the company has been sold to CHINA. Do not buy from Duluth it’s not even close to an American company anymore.

Bought from a company based in USA for products Made in USA however upon receipt of order tag said it was made in China very disappointed.

Ordered a flannel and a scarf and both arrived in about a week after ordering. Quality is good. No complaints from me.

I buy all my husband's boxers from Duluth Trading. He says they are the best and softest boxer briefs he has ever worn. Plus they have his size 4X. I have been buying them now for several years. If I'm quick enough when I get their sale emails, I can get discontinued colors for more than 1/2 off! So when I can get those good deals, I stock up. Then a couple years ago, I noticed some discontinued women's underwear colors at more than 1/2 off so I thought I'd give them a try. Now I won't wear anything else. Best underwear, hands down! No creeping, no panty lines, very comfortable and soft. I also love their flannel jackets! Recently my 88 yo father-in-law who is in assisted living kept complaining that he was always cold. I found a nice thick flannel, a long sleeved black tee with a chest pocket and a very cool button down shirt that was secretly not an actual button down, but had magnets that held the shirt together for people who had trouble with buttons. How cool is that? They were all on sale so I ordered them. I used their tracking feature and it showed the package was to be delivered the next day. It didn't come. So I waited a few days and checked again. It said it had been delivered. I never got it. I called customer service and they said if it didn't come in the next 5 days, I should call back. It did not come so I called back and talked to a very friendly customer service woman who reordered everything for me. Of course i had also ordered several pairs of underwear and boxers too. A few of my items were sold out in the colors I had selected so she just gave me whichever color I wanted at no extra charge. Everything was reordered and I received the package two days later. I'm baffled that other reviewers didn't like the customer service as I was more than impressed with how they handled my situation. And my father-in-law loved his 3 new shirts and was amazed at the magnet shirt! If you haven't tried Duluth's underwear yet, you don't know how great underwear can be until you order from them!

This is for their online customer service. I have eczema and the fabric of their boxer briefs exacerbates it. Their no bull guarantee states the company will refund it if you are not satisfied with their products if it is associated with the product design or performance. I guess having eczema is my fault and when my eczema flares up wearing these boxer briefs it is also my fault and not related whatsoever to product design or performance. Never again Duluth.

The clothing is great. However, their shipping is a cluster -uc-. 14 days and counting to get a package with 2 pairs of socks and a pair of shorts from WI. to N.J. The package was in N.J. for several days. Then it was sent on a tour of NYC. Customer service on the phone just keeps stalling.

I ordered an item that was supposed to be here according to the shipping I paid. It is nowhere to be found and neither UPS or DTC can give me any updated information. I have sent several unanswered emails to DTC as well as tried to communicate thru chat.
