Here we go again. Its the American way. Screw the customer. Just like the donut people, like we weren't spoz 2 notice the donuts got smaller. I bought wrk pants the same as I bought a yr ago and these new ones are not the same quality. Much lighter. Not as durable. Higher price, less quality. And I got 4 pair because thay were good the 1st time. Foul me once....... never again

Veterans should not purchase from Duluth Trading
I placed an order of buy 3 get 1 free. They only sent the 3 I ordered. I went on the website and spoke through their chat with customer service agent Heather. Based on the tone of her words during the chat, I felt as if she thought I was lacking in intelligence and not able to comprehend. She then disconnected the chat while I was responding to her statement. I signed back into the chat and she responded again. I let her know that I would be writing a review and that Duluth Trading would no longer see me as a customer. I will not do business with them any longer. She could see my order and that I was qualified for veteran's discounts. That did not matter obviously.

Over all perspective;
Over all perspective after decades of personal use, etc.; This company stating that their manufacturers make $17 to $26.80 per hour in locations like Belleville, WI and Adairsville, GA... ?! All, VERY doubtful. (Box movers in an American warehouse, maybe.) I started purchasing from them back when the two brothers owned and ran it from on a barge on the waterfront of Lake Superior. Ever since has steadily (only) gone DOWN in quality and customer service especially since they have gone public and all I have purchased every few years (to check) were manufactured in (all points) of Asia w/gross differences in type of weave, gauge and quality w/out a visible standard set. I do (not) believe their stitchers in Viet Nam, India, Honduras, etc. , make anywhere near these wages. For instance typical Asian sweatshop workers typically earn between $157 and $243 a month. Some of their T-shirts feel as though treated w/chemicals, etc., though they swear not so. Quite uncomfortable. I'd say in short another sad case of great American business traditions gone to the dogs but truthfully doubt the doggies would dig these threads anymore either.

Duluth trading customer service is gone…
Duluth trading customer service is gone to the toilet! My wife ordered two pairs of socks and they wanted $12 in shipping. She had an issue and the customer service representative on the other end of the chat. She does not care send it back. Do a charge back we don’t care says Duluth trading well neither do I
I do not care and I will blog this for a long time and not just on Facebook

These folks may have durable clothing
These folks may have durable clothing, but they are absolute rip offs when it comes to returns. We had to return a jacket because it was wrong size, and of course we don't get refunded for shipping plus a restocking fee . We ended up losing $20 just to try something on. We will never do business with these people again!

Duluth clothing has gone from a 10 to a…
Duluth clothing has gone from a 10 to a 2 in quality.
The FIREHOSE pants sizes use to be very consistent and now they are inconsistent and the quality has greatly diminished. They wear where that use to stay strong and in some cases the stitching started coming out after only a few washings.
Flannel shirt sizes are also inconsistent and seems like the quality is not what they used to be.
I was once a very loyal DULUTH customer but I am now looking for an alternative for my work clothes.

I am extremely disappointed with Duluth…
I am extremely disappointed with Duluth Trading Company’s order process and fulfillment.
I ordered a pair of pants and a shirt as a Father’s Day gift, placing the order well in advance. After waiting and expecting the items to arrive, I was informed that the order never even made it to the warehouse for fulfillment.
How does an order get accepted, payment processed, and then somehow never reach the warehouse? This is a basic failure of order management and customer service.
The most frustrating part isn’t even the delay—it’s the lack of communication. I had to find out after the fact that the order was essentially lost within their system. If I hadn’t followed up, who knows how long I would have been waiting.
A company that charges premium prices should have reliable fulfillment processes and proactive communication when something goes wrong. Missing a Father’s Day gift because an order never made it to the warehouse is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I can trust Duluth Trading Company with future orders.

They don't honor the lifetime guarantee…
They don't honor the lifetime guarantee that existed pre-2019 and frankly the "No Bull" guarantee is meaningless and should be changed to "Lots of Bull" guarantee if you need to return something.
And our stuff was purchased pre-2019, so should have been covered.
