Great Company, Great Products, Greater return service and customer service.

There are no "free returns". The company claims to have "free return shipping", but the company charges a $7.99 postage fee, which is deducted from your refund. This means that if your order is under $7.99 or barely above it, there's no point in returning it since you'll just be losing money. Their "No bull" policy is BS. Don't bother shopping at this company when there's plenty of others that actually offer free return shipping without hidden fees.

Takes 2 months for a return on items. Company is fully aware of the situation. I will never spend money again with this company. It's absolutely absurd!

I purchased mens' under shirts from here because of their generous return policy. The return policy doesn't mean much, however, since the clothes are such poor quality. The stitching either started unraveling or holes appeared in the shirts within a month of purchasing. I sent them back and received a new batch for free, but a few weeks later more holes started appearing (in the old shirts or the new? who knows). At this point, I don't want to go through the whole return/customer service process once more and simply won't be purchasing again.

I recently went to Duluth’s new store in the area and picked up a few things. Some items I liked were not available in the smaller size I needed and I didn’t want to try to have them order it and go back. Happy with items I have, but some threads were visible at a couple pockets after going through the washing machine which I hope does not mean they will come apart over time. I will write again if the quality does not hold up, but so far I am happy with my items from Duluth.

Duluth Trading offers stylist clothes for folks who need clothing that will stand up to heavy use. They have friendly folks in the order department, and offer fair prices, although certainly not cheap. But it's worth it, the quality of the clothing will last and last, and you'll be very glad you tried them. Particularly good for cold weather gear, or for folks that work or play outside quite a bit, or for wintery climates.

Ordered gifts for Christmas on November 17, I’m in Phoenix area. Got shipping notice on 18th. Sent from Nevada, to Georgia, to Indiana and back to Nevada! Called and was told they used the post office!! The poor delivery handling will delay my ability to send this gift. Don’t order from them if you need items quickly! Even if it’s “express” you may not get it quickly. It’s the 26th and the package just left Nevada!—again!! It’s now the 28th and no delivery! I think someone could walk it from NV to AZ in this time. Found out they sent order back to warehouse! Friday morning I flew out and had told customer service NOT to resend if it could not be in my hands Thursday, but of course it arrived after I left so had to have a neighbor retrieve and mail to me! Just the worst service ever!!
