I’ve had an order processing for 4 days now.. $900 worth of Christmas presents.. Called costumer service twice with the same response (it will probably be shipped tomorrow) I don’t have more time to wait. Im gonna do my shopping elsewhere and send you back all your clothes and get my money back.. Thanks Duluth Trading.

Ordered the untucked mens shirt in size large however is extremely big and definitely too long. Very surprised and disappointed. I have other stores untucked shirts that do not fit like this one.

I like their stuff but my experience with their customer service hasn’t been very good. Like other reviews here I agree they need to work on phone support. My needs were not met and I am disappointed in my order

It's all Bull-...! $150 shoes, 2weeks out of warranty. Stitching starting to let go. No coverage! Over the years I was ok paying 10-25% more with a true no Bull warranty. But it's gone and I'm done with the Bull-...! I will take my business elsewhere.

I purchased 2 pairs of pants for my son last November for Christmas. He lives in Chicago and I live in Michigan. I just recently found out from him that 1 of the pants the knee tore when he slipped and fell on the ice this winter. I just called and spoke with a customer service agents who read the fake guarantee policy to me and told me that the pants are not guaranteed under this circumstance. She said this falls under the negligence and misuse policy. As I told her, my son did not slip and fall purposefully so he is not negligent and if all workmanship is guaranteed that should include the material. When I asked to speak with a manager about this, I was put on hold, only to be hung up on a few minutes later. This is the copy of the fake guarantee on website: "We stand by the craftsmanship and durability of our products. All the rest of their policy that was read to me on the phone is not on the website, so that is deliberate withholding of information. Basically everything that was read to me over the phone by service agent negates the guarantee for anything being wrong with your product, unless you return them when they are brand new. So the guarantee and advertisement of the guarantee is total bull! I bought these work pants on the belief of a guarantee that is a lie! Total misrepresentation. I hope that no one else falls prey to your misrepresentation and lies!

Placed an order online, they cancelled it later that night due to 'an error'. Most of what I wanted is now out of stock. What a joke.

To keep this short, I was "ordered" out of the Kennesaw Georgia store because I refused to wear a mask. I am an old guy with some underlying issues which prohibit my wearing a mask, and attempted to explain this to the angry young lady with blue hair. I also attempted to explain that they are not a "Private Business" as she continued to tell me, but a "Place of Public Accommodations" as defined in Title II. I continued to shop and as I was about to leave she said she had called the police so I waited to explain to the officer my issue. He did have the knowledge to tell her that the store could be sued for refusing my use of the retail. She didn't care, just wanted me out. The officer told me outside that this store has had many of these issues, and he wouldn't shop there. I was a customer way before they ever had a brick and mortar store in Georgia, never again!

Order two pair of work shoes, and 12 pairs work socks. wait a week and get the box, and it's got one pair women's shoes size 7 and two pair of women's panties size mid. bad thing was my invoice for the work shoes and sock's was in the box, never doing business with them again.
