Ordered clothing July 4
Ordered clothing July 4. Get message shipped July 6. Was told via email would be arriving July 8. Then July 12. I called July 13, was told July 15 by 5 pm or a new order would be sent. Today I get an email that my order was burned in a truck crash. When I called, was told all orders shipped June 29 thru July 2 had been burned in a truck, I pointed out my order was sent July 4. While talking with the rep I looked up reviews on service from Duluth Trading Company and found the service and delivery sketchy at best. I asked for a refund. So now I wait again . Will let you know if my refund gets burned in a truck fire on the way back to my pocket.

Poor customer service!
I like their products for the most part but the ordering experience is terrible. Their customer service people continued to make excuses when the whole problem was them cancelling an order of a gift card saying they were “out of stock” Hmmmm I don’t think so!

Duluth Trading Company Works
Have to admit yes, that while they are pricier than some, their quality is well worth it. They also have impeccable service, whether online or at their stores. I like their flannel shirts, which are great in cold weather, or for outdoor excursions. If you love hunting, hiking, fishing and associated activities, they could be who you’re looking for. Their boots are exceptional. Have completed twenty mile hikes in relative comfort.
They have quite a few stores, but I go to their Manassas, VA location most. The employees there are outstanding. Also they have the Duke Cannon Soaps. Fireplace is a solid pick, along with their beer flavored ones. Easy lathering and these bricks last for a substantial period of time. Am pleased to shop with them, and Carhartt fans will be happy also!

Quality gone, prices gone insane
I have to jump on the bandwagon with a poor rating. They used to be decent, I would buy on the 40% sale and end up with some decent clothes, most of which are still usable 4-5 years later. Unfortunately with the best-made and 40 grit lines, they have way overpriced items and made the 40grit stuff carhartt like, kind of selling brand over quality. Their old stuff had no logo, was nice ripstop button-up stuff. I really liked their armachillo stuff. All discontinued for walmart style dress shirts and low quality "work" clothes. If they brought back some of the old lines and the quality, I would go back. For now it's realtree and redhead stuff. At least that way you get what you pay for, a 20 dollar shirt for 20 bucks vs a 20 dollar shirt for 80.

AWEFUL. Total joke
AWEFUL! SCAM. Hopefully it’s not too late for you and you’re reading this early… Do not shop online with this company. Worst eCommerce experience of my life. Order was accepted, customer service apparently didn’t have my address with the order (weird) considering they sent a confirmation email with my address but couldn’t find it in their records, then a WEEK later cancelled my order apparently the item wasn’t in stock. JOKE COMPANY.
You can tell they give zero care because nobody even bothers to respond to reviews…

4-armed alien can wear the Womens Lightweight tank 90802
Womens Lightweight tank 90802--Yikes, Creepy looking extra flaps on armhole fronts---No quality control on this shirt--obviously no one tried it on for visual assessment before production in a Vietnamese factory. Made for an alien with 4 arms. It was in Clearance--sneaky snakes not said a word about the arm hole excessive material--so I can't return. March 7, 2022
