Duluth TradingReviews of duluthtrading.com

First began shopping at Duluth earlier this year. Have returned many times and have been shopping for clothing at Duluth exclusively. Every shopping experience was superb. The staff was amazingly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, this is probably the best Customer service that I have ever experienced at any store. The store that I visit is in Novi Michigan. The clothing is comfortable and of high-quality. Great selection and great fits. Note that I was only able to list one date of my visit below, but I have had numerous visits to the store and they have all been equally positive.

I'm a decades long fan of this company. Their clothes are durable, practical, and cute. I've got so many items of their clothing that somedays I'm in DTC from my undies to my coat. Their sizes generally run big but they have a great return policy so if it doesn't fit, just exchange!

Stopped into the Duluth Trading on the east side of Minneapolis, George and Lex are a pleasure to see whenever I stop. Both are assets to the company in my opinion, and I’ve told them as much in person. I’ve had a lot of less than favorable experiences with many shopping experiences over the years and they make me happy I shop at DT.

I have been using their clothing foroveradecade. During that time, I’’ve I’ve had one returned, and that was very simple very straightforward very easy. I am pleased with all of my purchases. I have only good things to say about this organization.

Just received my "Lifetime Leather Tote" from Duluth. It is absolutely stunning! I had been looking at some higher priced bags but decided to try this one and I am beyond impressed with the quality of this bag! Well made and the leather is lovely. I will be ordering another in another color. Thank you Duluth!

I went to the Colfax store in Golden CO, and Diane was the absolute best customer service rep I’ve ever worked with. She was super kind, super super helpful, and an absolute delight to talk to! Plus, super comfy work pants, which she helped me find and correctly size

I have had two terrific interactions purchasing clothes from Duluth Trading. The clothes are made extremely well, great fit and finish. High quality control even for their toys. Fast delivery and great prices. I actually enjoy wearing their clothes. I loved their "Flicken Chicken" game, lots of laughs. Thanks for making my day.

I have ordered numerous times for my husband for Christmas as he likes the merchandise and it lasts longer than average work clothes. I ordered Dec 1st for my husband’s Christmas presents. As of today, Dec 20th, I still don’t have it. Tried the chat and that was ridiculous, so I called. It was not any better. The tracking just says on way to next facility will arrive late. If you look back at the tracking history, it just says this over and over for every place, but will not give a town, city or state. They have no idea where my order is. It was suppose to arrive Dec 10th. She didn’t have any idea if I would get it in time for Christmas. They need to get rid of snail mail and get UPS or Fed Ex or they are just going to keep losing customers!
