Impossible customer service. The quality on overalls I have been ordering for about 10 years has decreased so much that I no longer wish to buy them here anymore. And when I talked to customer service about it I was treated rudely. I will be buying from Carhart after this.

Out of state businesses are required to collect and pay CA sale tax at a rate of 8/5%. I recently received my invoice and the sales tax collected was 18.5%. Well above the CA tax rate of 8.5%. I brought this to the attention of Duluth and "Heidi" responded back the tax rate is set by CA. I've purchase lots of out of state items and this is the first time I have ever been charged over 8.5%. They should be audited by CA Board of Equalization, responsible for tax collection. I have reported this to the BOE.

I still have socks I bought in 2009, socks that travelled 800 miles over six weeks through the Pacific Northwest, plus a 600 mile bicycle ride across three states, and then my daily use of them, have underwear that is as old as well. Great products, I figure if they last me 3 years they were worth it, 5 years, cool, but I'm going on 11 years. I have had great results from their flex pants and shirts as well

On June 7th I ordered an item from Duluth Trading online for their Father’s Day special. Up until last week they were GUARANTEEING delivery by Father’s Day. I called on Monday June 15th for tracking info. I was told it was to arrive the 17th. It did not so I called again and was told the ordered delivery date got moved to the 19th. It did not come. Called AGAIN and was told the carrier postponed the delivery to the next day (today) 6/20. Did not come. Made my last call to them and they told me it will not arrive until after Father’s Day. I asked if they were willing to do anything for not sending it soon enough to arrive on time and they said no. I asked to speak with someone higher up. That person offered me a whooping 10% off my next purchase from them! I said there was no way I was going to order from them again. The woman I spoke to before this man was basically like oh well you’re out of luck on this one. I would not recommend ordering from them if you expect to get the item by the delivery date guaranteed.

You have the rudest customer service I have every delt with. He started out bad with rude tone on top of the question i asked he treated me like an idiot. I will never order from this company. I have also had bad experience with in store shopping. Do you actually see how many rude sales associates you can hire. F..k this company.

I'd highly recommend this company i bought 3 pairs of boxer briefs i love them and they are very comfortable. So I got 2 more pairs Worth the price.

My fire hose pants were fine until I washed them a couple times. Now they a pretty much unwearable. Got a brochure for the rest of there products and not a single one was made in the USA. Not even down to the smallest stuff in the back like belts and shaving apparel. Kind of made me mad to find this out, especially when they misguide with there commercials of this rugged American logger type guy. Disappointed.
