I ordered 3 pairs of Men's Go Buck Naked Performance Briefs and 3 pairs of Men's Dang Soft Briefs. I received 3 pairs of Men's Go Buck Naked Performance Briefs and 3 pairs of gloves that were miss labeled Men's Dang Soft Briefs on the packaging. I emailed customer service; but, judging by the other complaints, I doubt I'll get any satisfaction.

I have made several orders with DTC in the past couple of months and the products have been of high quality as their website states. The Best Made branded products are especially nice.

I ordered a jacket and was told it had shipped out and was even given a tracking number. The item never came so I called about two and a half weeks later. They told me the item was out of stock and the only item in stock was a different color and the price difference was about 40 dollars more. I refused that offer so I was given my money back. However, they didn't give me a full refund for some reason. I paid 39.99 plus tax and they refunded me 35. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered 5 pair underwear and fleece lined pants for my husband. Received a woman's button down shirt and 5 pair underwear. Contacted customer service immediately. They told me I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING TO THE UPS STORE TO RETURN THE WOMAN'S SHIRT... Let me reiterate. DULUTH sent me the wrong item. I contacted customer service and I am told that I HAVE TO SPEND MY OWN MONEY TO DRIVE TO THE UPS STORE TO RETURN THE WRONG ITEM BACK TO THEM. Absolutely, UNBELIEVABLE. So. I am sending everything back now. AND I KNOW there's going to be a problem with the refund because the return is going to have a woman's shirt not the men's pants that I ordered. I ordered 2 Coolmax shirts from Duluth Trading Company. It took 2 weeks for one shirt to arrive. I heard nothing about the status of the 2nd shirt; nothing. I then emailed Duluth and told them my second shirt has not arrived yet and wanted to know when to expect it. This is what they wrote back: Thank you for your recent email. We apologize that sometimes products sell better than we expect them to, and sometimes we end up short. We always hustle to get them back in stock as soon as we can. Unfortunately, there are also times when we are unable to re-stock some of our products, including clearance items Men's COOLMAX Wrinklefighter Short Sleeve Shirt. Be assured you were not charged for the shirt nor charged shipping. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Sincerely, Kay K. Customer Service To sum up, Duluth Trading must have a very poor distribution system if a customer orders a product, indicates its in stock and then never ship it or notifies you. I run a small e-commerce site and my inventory levels are automatically updated when a customer places an order, that product earmarked and fulfilled for that customer...period. Whats more is the email response is lackadaisical, lacking empathy. Also their email doesn't indicate in my particular case whether the shirt I ordered is discontinued and canceled or whether its in perpetual backorder. No discounts were offered as to make-up for the mistake; nothing but hollow words to tick one off. Someone in management needs to be replaced. Duluth Trading is dead to me...and should be checked off your purchasing list.

It seems 3/4 of "rain jackets" are not waterproof, but Duluth delivered a nice looking, 100% waterproof rain jacket. No issues.

Placed an order that was charged 3 times. Customer service was a joke and I was told to contact my bank because everything was corrected on their end. They charged the initial purchase price twice. Then 2 additional charges happened, for which they said the order was broken up into 2 parts, and that first charge was just a hold while they charged it again. One of the charges has since dropped, but the other is still there. Borderline fraud....

Returns are expensive. Shipping is incredibly slow even if a large order. Stores can have a shirt for $70 that is on sale online for $31-$41. Refunds can take months. Another example of a great company until the founders sell out to some corporate behemoth. Quality and stitching is very very good. But they could massively improve customer relations. An order I made is still not here after 10 days. Free shipping, but when? Tip for consumers: Don’t buy from a store. It may be half price online. Sneaky sales tactics. Refunds can take months.
