Hello...after my rental was broken into twice in one week at another storage place I walked into CubeSmart in Antioch in tears! I initially reserved a unit online but after seeing it was too small, Monica Berg showed me a bigger one for $10 more a month! Monica was very empathetic to my needs and what I was going thru. She made the transition seamless. I am very happy that there are two security entrances to get into my space which made make me feel my items are safe. I highly recommend. Thank you Monica for putting me at ease.

Beware!!!! Price starts low but if you don't keep an eye on your invoices, they will keep slowly increasing the rate. I have a unit with them for a year with the payment on autopay and just today realized that they kept increasing the rate. Will never use them again.

I initially signed up for the storage unit online, I made a reservation for a 10 x 15. Once I came to the location to look at the unit they told me that they did not have any 10 x 15’s available even though I had a reservation. They did however say that they had a 10 x 20 available, looking at the storage unit size I could tell it was not 20 feet long. I told the lady that there’s no way that this unit is 20 feet long she informed me that it is, I had to go and get a tape measure from my truck to show her that it was indeed 15 feet long. She told me that they would have to fix it in their computer and then I can come back the next day and reserve the unit, which I did. While setting up my account they try to force me into purchasing insurance from them, only after inquiring did I find I can use my homeowners insurance. I requested that my account be set up on auto pay, after one month I received a notice that my payment was still due. I called the location and the lady was apologetic and told me she would get the auto pay set up for me. After the second monthly payment was due I received a past due notice for the previous month, I called the location and the gentleman told me that they cannot set up auto pay over the phone and that the lady I spoke to the first time was misinformed. He then told me he can waive the late fee in a tone which was not so friendly as if I was the one who made the mistake. I ended up calling the corporate number to get the auto pay situation resolved, and by the way the gentleman who said he would waive the late fee never did that. I went ahead and paid it anyways, if it was not a burden to move all my things out of there I would have done so immediately I will never do business with this location ever again.

i have been with cubesmart storage for quite awhile now maybe 2yrs + and i would like to thank Charlynne and Jesse who have always been great with their significant customer service in the Lawrence Ma location. They are always there to help out customers needs and I my personal experience see they go beyond to meet customer satisfaction.Thanks Charlynne , Jesse , and oher CubeSmart employees who go the extra mile to meet us customers needs and questions

We rented 2 units in Orlando and both units leaked and were infested with mold. They were extremely unhelpful and bearing in mind the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we can’t get access to the units. My wife is recovering from cancer and cannot be exposed to this. They keep sending demands for payment each month threatening to clear the units, knowing our predicament. Naturally, we have to pay ($1,000+ per month). Avoid this company at all costs. They are unacceptable and when I try to speak to the management, they will not connect you. A dishonest and unprofessional bunch.

I rented a storage unit from Shawn at store #230-8930 E Hampden Ave. Denver CO. He is such a great guy!! He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He and Mary keep the place clean and in good order. I am extremely happy with this facility, and highly recommend it if you are looking for a good, clean, storage space with outstanding customer service. Thank you Shawn!!!!!

Tina and the staff at the CubeSmart on Oklahoma Avenue Milwaukee Wisconsin is awesome great customer service place is always neat and clean I get everything fixed right away when people hit the garage door she always has free coffee available for us and always there with a smile I'd recommend CubeSmart to everybody

Every time that I stop by the office it always turns out to be an excellent experience! With Jeri and Bob's superb customer service I know everything is complete and correct as they take that extra step ensuring that I'm 100% satisfied. No worries as they will take the worst day and turn it into a positive experience. CubeSmart at 12902 South Highway 301, Riverview, Fl. is the best.
