The facility is clean, people are relatively helpful. I've had a unit there for a few years. The rate increases are annoying but they are spelled out in the contract terms. The biggest annoyance is the security I don't know how they could make it better but my unit has been broken into a few times and things stolen. So the biggest advice I can give is do not store valuable electronics in it. But CubeSmart themselves do what they say they will, and are pretty professional and friendly.

Price of unit has gone up over 25% in a year and a half. I realize our current President has driven up inflation, but not this much. Good way to lose a customer.

Facility in Boca Raton, FL (Glades Rd.) is okay. Just be aware of substantial (excessive) price increase after one year of renting. My rent increased by $26 per month/ $306 per year.

Great service, clean facility I used this place before it was sold to its current company. My only complaint you are now required to purchase 2,000 insurance at 12.00 a month. Before it was only an option. I have no receipts and proof of the contents. I should be able to decline and take any loss.
