The facility I am at is OK; however, they prices they list for their units are misleading. When I arrived to start my rental they required that I purchase an insurance policy from them. The policy is $12 a month and covers only $2,000. They administrative fee for the policy is $10. I don't know if this is an industry thing or not, Cubesmart manager says it is.

My church rented a unit at 0249 in Naples. The manager, Mike Vasquez, has went above and to accommodate us. He even came in on his day off to fulfill a special request while we were first renting the unit. The employee who initially helped us was equally helpful. Everyone here always has a smile. The facility is clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. The prices are even decent.

Great experience with Store Manager Antony Avella at Store 5923 in Lake Mary, Florida. This location was recently purchased from an independent owner. My Company has been at this location for many years, have two units and needed a third unit very quickly for an office move. Antony was very helpful and was able to provide this additional unit very near the other units and at a great rate. It was a simple and professional transaction. Easy to do business with!

I give this storage place in Aransas Pass and this young lady named Tammy that who helped me a five-star she has very caring charisma she's very helpful with everything so I give her a five-star everything was nice and cleaned and ready to go didn't take very long for the process thank you

After requesting a climate controlled unit several times because my storage location was Florida in extreme heat , it turned out after having all my belongings moved by a moving company into a unit, the unit was NOT climate controlled. Upon speaking with the manager and the district manager, they refused to do anything other than give me another unit at my own expense. So now I must hire more movers to move all my belongings into another unit. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They are not customer friendly and not service oriented at all.

CubeSmart is not a company I will ever use again. I moved out 2 days into my paid month and received no refund. It is sad to see another company not caring about its clients and taking advantage of them in order to maximize profits.

The manager, Ashley P. at location 300 West about 3500 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, went out if her way to help remedy an issue I had today, 5/27/2020. I needed a necessary item from my storage unit, when I got to Cube Smart at 5:00pm I found my storage key was lost, I went home to get the spare key and couldn't find it. The office closed at 6:00pm, I called the manager at 5:45pm, told her I could be there in 5-10 minutes, would that be in enough time for her to cut off my lock so I could get into my unit. She was more than willing to accommodate me. She worked with me until 7:00pm to cut off my lock, retrieve a spray oil since I have a door that often seizes up and needs WD40 to spray on the hinges and around the door to get it opened. We got the door opened, I retrieved the item I needed. She looked in my unit and assessed that it was a larger unit than I needed, I had recently disposed of about 1/3 of the contents. She told me when she had the next smaller unit become available she'd contact me so I'd pay $10-$12 less a month and also have a door that didn't seize up. Then she told me to check with my insurance company, find out if they covered off site storage unit contents, if they do then I could reduce my monthly rental fee by another $10-$12. I appreciate the friendly manner in which she helped me resolve my issue along with the two recommendations to reduce my monthly rental expense, all on her time after hours.

They took over a Security Self Storage facility I was renting from. Immediately raised the price of my rental again and again, offering no other services for my money. They charge a fee to make a payment online. Feel they are just greedy greedy greedy and I can’t wait to get my items out!
