CubeSmart Self StorageReviews of cubesmart.com

Hello my name is Mark Henry. I recently rented a storage for my car from 182 Benton drive. The service and help I received was second to none. I hope to do more business in the future. As I value my car very much. And it felt very safe to leave it there. Thank you.

The experience we experienced at the Lemay Ferry Road CubeSmart unit was outstanding. The manager (Prudence Purvis) was both friendly and professional in our dealing with her. She is an assist to your company.

What a fine , clean, well-maintained storage facility! I was particularly impressed with the kindness, courtesy, and professionalism of the gentleman -( I believe the man's name was Brad) at the Pine Island location .( 2607). The gentleman took the time to explain all of the particulars necessary to make our decision to use the facility as we transition into south Florida. I will definitely be back, and I will definitely recommend your fine company

Todd is the best. He’s is always friendly. He helped me find an affordable storage. This is definitely the place to go if you looking to save money. They have the best discounts ever. Ask for Todd he’s the man with then plan.

My name is Kenya F. I am a customer of CubeSmart storage on University Ave in Saint Paul, mn. From the first day I walked in I was not only greeted at the door, the woman also rembered my name from a reservation call... I so sorry I for got hers again, this woman is hands down the best customer service person I have ever done business with. I don't know her position but a raise should be in her future. The enviorment was clean even smelt better than it looked. best service !! Thanks again for the great welcoming..

I was lied to. Cube smart told me that my unit would stay the same price for a year. So my son also needed one and I told him to go there to and the rep said the units would not go up for at least a year. So in 6 months my storage and my son's went up $30.00 . Cube smart is gouging their customers. I never even got a notice that it was going up so I had no time to make a decision. I tried to talk to the area manager but they told the girl at Cube Smart that they would not talk to me. It's really cruel what they are doing to customers. People are having it hard but Cube Smart does not care. I would not recommend Cube Smart they are sneaky liars. Be careful they can go up whenever they want and they don't send notices when they do it. Cruel, no compassion for their customers, they just don't care.

So I was a customer at this place for 6 years, originally AAA storage. Paid my fee on March 5th, had an opportunity to move my stuff out March 7th. Checked out and the thanks I got for being a multi year customer was, we do not refund the rest of the month that I did not use. The guy at the counter was real nice about it, and checked but nope. That's the policy, read the whole contract I guess or wait to move out until the end of the month. Was very disappointed as I paid more for the climate controlled bin. Hopefully will never need them again, won't go back.
