I purchased a unit from auction. I’ve dealt with other facilities, but this facility actually had a live person answering the phone. Dee helped me understand the process and made things flow smoothly. We had great conversations in the process. I hope to work with her again soon!

I have used their location by the airport in Dania Beach for 3.5 years and I couldn't be more satisfied. The facility is well maintained. The staff is outstanding in customer service. I am very happy with their services, and if and when I ever need storage services I will definitely go back to the same location. I give them 5 stars. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of storage.

Generally good however this morning I moved some items from one unit to another and needed to throw out some empty boxes. One of the office staff told me I couldn't use the dumpster because it was full. I asked so what should I do with the garbage. She shrugged her shoulders and said I'm sorry. ADVICE TO CUBE SMART. There are several hundred storage units at the Fairview NJ facility and only one small dumpster you are taking in tens of thousands of dollars each month. Buy at least one maybe two large dumpsters. My 2 seater sports car is bigger than the Fairview dumpster. Shouldn't trash facilities be included for the rent your customers pay? After reviewing many negative customer experiences I’ve noticed another CS shortfall. Cube Smart never responded to any review negative or positive which tells you all you need to know. Not too Smart.

Recently I contacted the manager of Cubesmart 8121 to see if my monthly payment could be lowered. I spoke to Lajoice. Not only did she stay in contact with me several times, but she succeeded in lowering our monthly payment. We have had a unit at this Cubesmart for years and we have never had a manager work this diligently on our behalf. She was awesome and we appreciate her hard work. Thanks so much!
