I have been a customer for 10 years at 200 east 135th street Bronx NY I am here to tell you they have a rat problem you wouldn't believe and ours been this way for years. June 27 2020 I discovered that my unit was worst than I could have imagine. Rat feces and urine everywhere. I put in a claim and they don't cover rodent damage. So too bad for me. You can't cancel your insurance and they don't offer any relief just its nothing we can do. How about we can change you to another unit we can give you an complementary free month or 3 payments. SOMETHING!!!!! My couch t.v clothes water dispenser appliance's and more. I made complaints about the situation nothing. The indoor cameras are only there for show. They camera only record the office and outdoor property. This place is not safe and RAT infected. This company needs to be ashamed of themselves. As a value customer I thought cubesmart would have been sensitive and did something. No just take the money and lets pretend that we have security. Fake and high way robbery dealing with this company.

I store my stuff at store 6330. I couldn't be happier with the service I get here. The store manager Latisha (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly) and the other employees are always a delight to talk to when I come in. They always offer me a water (and on these hot days in Arizona, it's very much appreciated)! You have an outstanding group of people working there, I hope you do everything in your power to keep them there! Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I should have known better. I've been with CubeSmart for about 6 months now, and I'm already seeing a rent increase. No reason or explanation for the increase, just pay more for the same unit that hasn't grown in size but somehow is more valuable than it was before. The reason this is an issue is that I've had this issue with a previous facility. They started off the same way as CubeSmart. First they pressure you to write a 5 star review as soon as you come in to rent a unit. Then they start with the BS (and increasingly regular) rent increases and when you have an issue (which I haven't so far) they take forever to address it. I'm ready to start looking for someplace else for my storage needs. The only reason I may not is that this place is close by and I may end dealing with the same nonsense somewhere else. Very unhappy.

It is disheartening to know that hundreds of companies who share values that honor and respect the customer, CubeSmart is not one. There were no contingencies publicly made known to customers to offset the hardships we have all suffered due to COVID. There were no calls, emails, or texts sent to customers from the company about their plans to assist customers who may have been affected by COVID-19. We see you! We will remember this. We will not serial-market or refer you. This company is on the wrong side, and the bullish increase in fees and continuation of late-fees show that the customer isn't first here. I will not recommend Cubesmart and will be looking to move my things very soon. If we don't feel like we are all in this together, there are other storage companies that have made that message clear to customers. I expect more.

My unit was broken into in May someone called me and I explained that my son had just had a stroke and my nephew was killed in a car wreck. The adjuster dog was barking very loud he didn't say hold on or press mute and told the dog to shut up. Since then I have called 6 times and have yet to speak to or get a return call. I left a voice mail for Sam and I have not heard back. I make my payment on time I need this handled asap

I live in CT and rent a unit at the CubeSmart in Griswold. I am 30 and this is my first time ever leaving a review in my life. I figure, why not? It is well warranted and deserved on behalf of Brandon Daily, as he has been everything and some of what you should expect from a CubeSmart employee. Brandon has gone above and beyond for me over the time I've rented a unit there. I hope it doesnt go unnoticed and he gets to where he deserves one day, I'm my opinion he should be the CEO. I've never known him on a personal level but I've lived in this town for years and I remember him as a manager at huge company and he was great to deal with then. When I went to rent the unit initially, I saw Brandon was the one taking care of me and knew I was in good hands and I've only been proven right a million times over since. He always has a smile and is willing and ready to help any way he can. I would recommend him for a promotion and raise in pay immediately as he has shown his commitment and worth time and time again. Did I mention that he does so willingly? I'm sure it's not in the job title to be such a Godsend and go above and beyond, completely out of the way to accommodate. If I owned a business, I would want him running the show for me. Brandon shows that he is smart, honest, hard working, and very friendly. I cant say enough about him to show him my appreciation. The very least I could do is leave a review. With the world the way it is right now, we can all use a Brandon. Thank you Brandon!

Cube smart in 2887 Atlantic Ave, 4th fl had a horrible fowl odor for months my last visit was the last draw it smelled like death and flies were flying all over I was horrified that I had to walk into this I went downstairs to complain only to get a we are trying to deal with the situation. Somebody's locker had something dead I'm gonna find another storage they don't seem to care about their customers. Horrible experience!
