CubeSmart Self StorageReviews of cubesmart.com

2323 E South St Long Beach, CA 90805 They recently aquired the storage facility I have been using for over 10 years. So far I have no issues with them. I like the autopay system. The staff has been professional, helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and I haven't had any reason to consider switching.

We used the Cubesmart on Grand Street in Elizabeth, NJ (027) for about 9 months. Our unit was on the 6th floor and when we moved out last week we were horrified that the unit had sustained water leaks and some of our items were mildewed. In addition brown bugs (not sure if they were roaches) were scurrying around. If you have anything of value I would highly suggest you not use this facility.

The complex is kept very clean. However at the location I use there are frequently homeless people hanging around outside. Also the rent frequently goes up without explanation. Much like renting an apartment, the longer you stay the more you pay but the unit keeps getting older and older while amenities, service and construction remains the same.

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! I was robbed back in June and they just notified me in August. They also conveniently are UNABLE to access the footage. I was robbed of everything that I own and CubeSmart has proven to have horrendous customer service and have not been helpful in this process. There’s absolutely no point in paying money for this “secure” facility....if your items aren’t actually secure. I would have preferred to give them 0 stars, but unfortunately, that was not an option. Spare yourself and don’t support this business. They don’t care about your stuff, let alone you as a customer.

Storage where my children’s father kept his belongings were auction. My children’s dad passed away not leaving a power attorney, both college kids comply with store manager to submit proper docs through the courts, unfortunately due to virus there was delayed in court processing. When my son was given the authority by the courts, storage had auction their dads belongings without communicating with them. There was total disregard to circumstances.

CubeSmart Self Storage, Store 697 3313 Stone Mountain Hwy Snellville, GA 30078 Natalie was courteous and helpful; she carefully explained our contract and our responsibilities. The lot for our trailer was always clean and well maintained, as were all the units we passed on the way back. It was a comfort to know our trailer was in such a secure space.

I just want to say Christine in the Annapolis MD office was so very helpful on a rainy day with a lot going on she stopped and pleasantly walked me thru what I needed to know and do. She was very nice and friendly and informative. I appreciated her assistance.

Stay away from cubesmart the worst they are more worried about making a profit then working with ppl out of work and charging plates on units raising the unit price rate increases during a pandemic they don't care about no one but themselves don't rent from them they must not be Americans who own it it's all about them not you they rather sell your stuff and make as much money during the covid19 then helping ppl the say covid19 is big business for them to rip off customer
