Cubesmart has the worst technology platform as well as inept staff. The app won't accept payments. The website never loads. I sent a payment through the mail, they contacted me 3 times asking for payment stating I was late. I told them to go check their mail and there it was. Ridiculous.

I arrived at the unit early evening since I'd gotten an email telling me what my new access code was. It didn't work. I am there with two movers and this is the last leg of the trip before going to my main storage unit. I called the customer service center and was bounced around. I was finally given the so-called general manager, Destiny, who was more into her title and repeating it than getting me in. She promised to be there in 10 minutes and was a no-show. I asked her specifically is she would be there in 10 minutes and she never made it. We had a 2 hour window to unload at another storage facility where everything worked. And I'd signed up for that one online. (Prime Storage was seamless!) Local manager Marilyn apologized and shared that she had no control over the automated letters that go out and gave a probable reason why the GM didn't get there. I had to be inconvenienced both time, miles out of the way and financially. Destiny needs to be demoted.

They will not leave me alone!!! Like seriously. I call once to get a price on a storage unit and now they pester me every day. They call and leave a message. Every. Single Day. How frustratingly annoying.

Ralph in Port Saint Lucie on US1 helped me. I came in from out of town last minute and needed a 10x20 unit. He helped me and was very knowledgeable and courteous and reserved one for me! I’m glad that he was in today.

I spoke with Ralph in Port St. Lucie on U.S. 1 Although he didn’t have any 10x20 units available, he was very helpful in letting me know what size unit I needed, I hope to deal with him in the very near future.

Very clean facility. Staff was very friendly and efficient, especially Becca ( Wakefield, RI) who was extremely helpful. She explained the various prices and helped me pick the right sized cube. The facility is well lit and has good lighting.
