Do not believe the 4 stars avg reviews. Cubesmart is terrible. Cubesmart locations in NYC charge insurance. The locations are clean, but there is lots of stealing occurring. Also the insurance fees are high and forced on customers. Most employees (not all) are rude and v mean. If you are a few days late w payment they charge $10, and another $10 days later. Do not store with CubeSmart

Regarding the 2964 Brooklyn location: Shanee, was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. She helped me down size my storage unit quickly. The entire staff works hard to provide quality assistance. I would recommend this place. Just make sure to pay on time to avoid a fee. God bless!

This place is very clean and a fast and easy set up. I was very pleased and look forward to keeping my stuff safe and protected for the time I need the unit. Will reccomend to everyone I know and will use again in the future.

Location of 1200 Upshur St NW in Washington DC the Managers are fabulous Jade, Marco, and ALbert were so helpful and kind. I appreciate so much the professionalism and the personnel touch that they gave me in renting my cube.

I had a wonderful experience, I was very indecisive canceled my reservation then needed it again, but lil ms Sisi was amazing, smiling and even though I was frustrated she lifted my mood with her positivity and willingness to help! Customer Service Industries need more People like SiSi!!✨

Terrible interactions with this company. Not willing to work with people especially during an unprecedented time. Only concerned about their bottom line. Ive been with other storage companies and this one has been the worst! Bring your business and belongings else where!!!

I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism that I experienced for my storage unit. The units are clean and cameras everywhere. I felt safe! Very accommodating. I was given an upper storage unit and requested to change to a lower one. It was not problem at all to switch. I highly recommend!!
