My brother and I rented our unit for less than a month. We were happy with the size, price, security and cleanliness. Unfortunetly we had an accident at the password box (his foot slipped off the brake). The box hung out at an unusual angle from being hit previously and my brother had barely tapped it. He went in to report and take accountability for it and they tried to strong arm him into some sort of document that he was solely responsible for all the damage; this is after we pointed out the unusual angle which they verified was from other people hitting it. We did the right thing.... he even said multiple people have hit it before us. Since we did not want to be "solely responsible for all the damage (just our part)." We were kicked out with a week to move everything. They would not even try to work out anything with us. They're policy seems to be if they turn themselves in for an accident, make them pay for EVERYONES!

CUBESMART, Swiss Ave, (Nashville) Tennessee. If I were you, I'd GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! We have three units there and throughout our time there, ALL THREE units have flooded. The first two was like, "Oh well, sorry all your stuff is ruined." This last, and most recent, one as of May 2021 we were forced to give them a key (or they would just cut the lock off) so the company they hired could asses the building for the flooding problem. The "said" they were going to call us so we could be present when said company was going to take everything out...they did not! I went by today to look and everything in my unit was moved and NOT organised the way I had it. This is VERY unprofessional. and also, the rent continues to go up all the time because it's "real estate." It goes up for what? What service are they providing to us that causes the price to go up? I have never been happy with CUBESMART. Ask yourself, how much do I really need to keep in storage? I could go on and on about the problems there...but...what's the point, I'm only venting and nothing will be done anyway. DO yourself a favor....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

we have been a customer with Cubesmart, location #0786 in Pearland, TX for over a year. The MM, Kim Lincoln, and her staff have been excellent. They have treated us with dignity and respect in all of our business dealings. The facility and unit is well kept, secure and always accessible. Five stares to them.

I really like to thank store manager Kisha store 902. For staying after work hours, and helping me get to the bottom of someone entering my unit. This has never happened before and I am so pleased how quickly she responded to my issue. Mrs. Kisha thank you, I am forever grateful ...

The manager, Shameika White, was awesome at the North Charleston, SC location. Very friendly and answered all our questions and concerns. We will continue to refer people there.

My trailer was stored at the Cubesmart in the woodlands off of 45 NORTH BOUND was burglarized while my trailer was hidden in the back. Seems to be an inside job as I never had any issues or anyone else. There was people on the property that say they didn’t see anything. When I asked them what they were going to compensate since they didn’t have a secured location for my trailer and they said nothing. They said that they sent via mail that they provided insurance after the fact. This was undisclosed when I went to sign the new required paperwork. I would think twice about using Cubesmart.

First the elevator is been broken for 6 months and every time I make a payment I ask the girl and she says will get it fix next week, (I have a heart condition and can’t be dragging heavy stuff up the stairs) during the winter I was waiting outside in the freezing cold (only one costumer inside at a time) and an old lady came to the line and the girl attendant didn’t even acknowledge her, just kept making jokes with the customer inside, 25 minutes later it was my turn and I let the lady go in (she was freezing ) last but not least I always paid two months in advance last week went in to make a payment and the clerk told me it went up by 20 dollars, that was the last straw. Glad I moved out!

This is the second year I have stored a car for the winter months at the Washoe Valley CubeSmart. Without fail, they are courteous, responsive, clean, accessible, and helpful. Having just spent 45 minutes on hold with another national company who never did pick up, it was an extra gratifying to speak with someone directly on-site at CubeSmart who actually made some adjustments to my account to ensure I wouldn't be overcharged by mistake. We will be back...
