From the first phone call to reserve a unit to move in day my experience with CubeSmart store 0791 has been excellent! Wendy and Doug have been so helpful, professional, and caring! Wendy helped me get into the perfect unit after visiting the store and discovering I needed a larger space. I feel completely satisfied knowing how safe the site is.

Im at the Montfort and LBJ location. My rent went up a little after about 6 months. Everything was OK when I moved in inthe Summer of 2020. Cube start talks about higher cleaning standards but the bathroom toilet sink floor walls are always dirty, the water cold and the soap dispenser broken. The floors go days without vacuuming the out doors to the units are getting DUSTY, there are spider webs in the top of the unit, I'm sure I felt a drop of water, I saw roaches and some Strange bugs in my unit, the elevators scare me when I ride them, they lerch and thud more than normal. one of them broke down, and I have trouble getting the lights to come on.The gates are always broken. I've reported this to the office a couple of times, they say their there by they self...

Cube smart on State E. State St. Terrific service Valentine Maldonado does great service for that company. If you need something done from him he find a way to get it done and help you until it’s done. Would never go anywhere else to get my to get my things stored. Perfect place to store all your items.

I was extremely pleased with my Cubesmart experience. 5 star plus. I left Extra Space Storage after almost 20 years because of a massive rat infestation and how that company's policies dealt with the situation. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of my Cubesmart facility and was confident that after a month that I would not have the same rat experience here. Also much praise to the staff led by Orlando Colon and his coworker Juan. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They responded to all my needs in a very timely fashion and to my satisfaction. They have very clean bathrooms which is my wife's main test for cleanliness. I highly recommend this facility.

Thus far I have appreciated my experience with Bee Safe, the Bee Safe Storage Customer Care Store Representative Michelle. It was clean and convenient! She was effective, and demonstrated very good interpersonal skills! Michelle was inviting, engaging, knowledgeable and worked very hard to make sure it was a smooth process, stress free process. I rented a weather proof indoor heated unit for my mother for almost a year with cubesmart. It was a little pricey, but worth every penny. We rented a unit in Sturbridge Ma and the facilities are clean & well gated. The employees are all friendly. Would definitely rent from them again!
