The manager at the Saginaw location goes above and beyond as far as customer satisfaction and service. I have health problems and without me asking she checks on me whenever I am there .She is always pleasant and helpful

Very disappointed with cube smart in lemoyne, Tommy was very personable and nice but he moved us into the wrong unit and said he would try to accommodate us so we didn't need to transfer all of our things, they ended up charging us over $320, so after 2 weeks, we found the same size for much less somewhere else, definitely would not recommend them.

DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE.. They will rob you. Go to another facility.

These people are straight up crooks! Don’t be late on your bill, lien fee is same amount as your bill. Buy a storage unit anywhere else!

Unless you enjoy your rent for storage going up $50 every 3-4 months, skip this place. I rented a unit in Feb 2023, then 4 months later I get a notification that there will be a $52 increase starting 07/04. When I called to ask why they told me that since I'm "months to month" they have the right to increase as much and as often as they want.

I called for one reason only: to find out whether the online price included taxes and any other charges. I got disconnected the first two times I called. The third time, I had to verbally wrestle the guy to the ground in order to get my questions answered, and in order to get the answers, he wanted all kinds of info from me including my phone no. I objected – at this point I'm just shopping around, not trying to get on 6 more lists for spam – so we theoretically proceeded without him giving him the number. Near the end of the call when he summarized my info in connection with a 24-hr. reservation he'd talked me into, he stated my phone number, which he'd collected from caller ID and which I'd specifically objected to giving him. I protested, and he said he'd need the phone number in order to make the reservation. I said ok and gave him a different number, which was the one I preferred to use for this kind of thing, and asked him to delete the first one, and he assured me he'd done that. Next thing I know, I've got two spammy texts from this company on the phone number that was supposed to have been deleted. I feel downright slimed by this experience; CubeSmart is now OFF the list of places I'd consider renting from.

This place is the best place I have ever had a storage at! Cassidy is always nice and even help me with any problems I have immediately... I love the security and on site management. I really enjoyed the peace and security I feel having my things there. It is all because of Cassidy!

Being new to renting a storage unit, I was very appreciative of the help I received from Catalina, who works at the #603 CubeSmart facility in Bartlett, IL. She answered all of my questions and was very professional and polite. Every employee should treat their customers like Catalina did.
