I have been with Chewy.com since just about the beginning. We have 6 dogs from 10 pounds to 55 and 2 of them have special needs. Customer service is great and the shipping is very fast. I love that I can change my auto order and add and subtract at will. I really do love the fact that I don't have to go to the store and drag the bags and boxes home. So long as Chewy.com is around and I have dogs then I will be a customer for life. (If I lived in Florida I'd apply for a job with them too!)

The food we buy our dog is not readily available in most stores, and the ones it's available in don't have a good variety and are expensive. Chewy.com has every variety of flavor available in every size and the prices are really good. Shipping was so much faster than expected. I was pleasantly surprised. The great customer service is just the icing on the cake. We received a card in the mail simply thanking for choosing to shop with them, it wasn't some generic printed card either, it was a hand written letter. I actually felt appreciated as a customer. I've already recommended them to friends.

I have been ordering my dog food via autoship from Chewy.com for a few months now and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Not only is my dog food cheaper but I don't have to lug the bag from the store all the way home anymore - it gets delivered right to my doorstep on a schedule that I create. Unfortunately my home was broken into over the weekend and of the many things they took - one was a brand new bag of dog food. When I called chewy.com to update my shipping address to my office, Michelle was extremely helpful and caring. She also offered to have a new bag shipped out free of charge. And then today I received a flower bouquet in the shape of a dog saying they were thinking of me! I was blown away! I will never order my pet food anywhere else. They definetly have won me over. What an amazing company. Thank you!!!

Actual friendly, American customer service 24/7? Bend over backwards customer service? This is the kind of company that you want to order from. I assure you, we will be in the future, since we want companies like this to stay around for a long time. If you ever need help with an order, call them, and they'll get back to you. We ordered the wrong size toy due to an inaccurate recommendation and they sent us the right sized toy, telling us to donate the comically over sized one that our dog had trouble holding to an animal shelter. Trust me, you want to support this kind of company, because they'll support you.

I almost never take the time to review a company, but I am so impressed with chewy.com. My cat has severe food allergies and very few places carry what he needs. Chewy has the food he needs at the lowest price I could find! Plus free shipping and fast delivery...a no brainer. Once I got a bag of cat food that had opened during shipping and they sent me a new bag, overnight, free of charge! I'll never buy cat food anywhere else.

Wow wow and WOW!!! I have dogs with allergies and could not find their food anywhere! I placed an order Friday night at 6pm got free shipping and less than a day later Sat at 10am received my full order ! The food is fresh and came in great condition. My dog food is usually 70$+ in the store plus 15$ in gas. I only had to pay 62$!! Ill be signing up for auto shipping because of the hassle-free service!

I just absolutely adore this company. They are always ready to chat and help with anything I may need and will not leave you hanging. Shipping is fabulously quick, for example: i ordered a 15 lb bag of natures logic rabbit formula and three food bowls at noon and it shipped at 4:50 the same evening! After ordering the first couple of times i was even sent a hand written thank you letter for purchasing from the company. I just can't say enough good things about this place.
