Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I am fairly new to Chewy.com. My cats like a rather pricey dry food, and Chewy.com's price is the best around (better than Amazon). My first order came in just two days, and the order I placed yesterday morning is on the truck for delivery for today. Can't beat that!

Chewy is the BEST! EASY to navigate website, LOTS of choices, COMPETITIVE pricing, incredibly FAST shipping and REAL people in customer service. Who can ask for more? THANK YOU Chewy.

Shipping times can be changed, but after a week when supplies where getting low I called Mr.Chewy who said oh yoir next order isn't till "October" which at the time was 2 months away!!! I asked my shipments come the first week of the month but not on Wed. Every once in awhile id call for extra kitten food or litter. Next thing I know Im getting my orders mid mo. 27th. Then to top this off after 2 yesrs of me spending almost 400.00 a month they left me food less for my 12 csts and 4 dogs oh I got canned food only....but my pets eat dry free feed. With meat mixture 2 x a day. When I called they said they where out of Royal canin. So being disabled homebound veteran I now had to pay someone to go pick up food for me. Just felt after 2 years they may have got me 1 bag totide my cats over for a few days but No...Nor did the even throw in a cheap cat toy for my inconvenience when my food finally arrived No Big Notice Royal canin changed its receipe from chicken meal to corn all my cats came down with loose stools and my dogs. We switched foods and suppliers.

Not only are their prices the cheapest around, but their customer service is excellent! I ordered a harness for our puppy and had to exchange it because it was too big. When I called in to customer service, the lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. Not only did I not have to pay for shipping on the second harness they sent out to me, but I didn't have to pay return shipping for the first one. In fact, I didn't have to return it at all! I was told that they would not require me to return the first harness, but rather donate it to the local animal shelter. How amazing is that? First great experience with this company. A++

I've price matched with Walmart, Google, Amazon, and even Priceblink. Chewy.com is, by far, the best pet supply site I've ever come across. The prices cannot be beat, the delivery is fast, the site is easy to navigate, and the customer service is absolutely excellent! I was recruited by my boss, and I've been passing the word around ever since. Keep up the great work Chewy team.

I'd tried two of the competitors plus Amazon before trying Chewy. I found Chewy after reading a positive review on a blog. I am so glad I did! They offer a great variety of premium dog foods for my three rescued doggies, and the prices are always lower than the competition. The website is exceptionally easy to navigate and customer service is way above par. All and all, I am 100% satisfied with Chewy and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent pet products at the lowest price and with terrific customer service.

I am so glad that I found Chewy after buying pet foods at various places online for years. I am impressed by the prices, shipping costs and method and the absolutely BEST customer service I've ever seen. They carry an array of brands and types of pet foods. They obviously care very much about pet health and pet owners needs. You can't go wrong buying from Chewy because they bend over backwards to make sure each order is correct. I highly recommend Chewy's as they get Kudo's from me. Thanks Chewy for an always pleasant shopping experience ;-)

I recommend this company to everyone. Prices beat any other website and shipping took one day which blew my mind. My australian shepherd will be very happy with his food and treats. Will only shop from you guys!!!!!!!!!!!
