I love Chewy! Absolutely love Chewy. It's perfect for getting high quality food, treats, and toys in a hurry...and usually with free shipping. I save time and money by using Chewy, and my husband thanks them for that! Our pets are thrilled with the fast service and wide variety, also. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Chewy.com has BY FAR the best, easiest customer service I've ever experienced with any mail order or retail provider. It can be difficult doing a mail order dog food program (especially when UPS leaves the food in the rain) but chewy has made returns and replacements so simple, there's no excuse not to try it. Everyone should use autoship through chewy.com. Thanks for making pet ownership that much easier!!

I have three dogs and use to spend a lot of time shopping for them at local pet food stores. Chewy is such a time saver. I love the free shipping and my purchase arrives at my front door very quickly. I set up autoship to make things easier on me and have not had any issues. It's very easy to change your ship date and your order. I receive an email reminder that my order is about to be sent, with plenty of time to change or delay. I also like being able to read reviews about the products that I consider buying. I signed up based on someone else's review and how Chewy sends an email when something you have purchased has been recalled. Now I don't feel that I have to pay attention to every news story about dog food recalls. Chewy is proactive and I appreciate that. It nice to just walk out my front door and there is my pet food order. No lugging huge bags of dog food from store to car and car to house. Oh, and it saves me money too...walking through the pet food store I would impulsively purchase "treats" for my guys. I probably save $100 per month just because there is no more "impulse" buying.

I've gone through the list of reviews, some naysayers, but most speak of how well this company deals with their customers. I've only been with Mr. Chewy for about a year, had very few problems with my auto-ship orders & the ones I did were immediately solved by their customer service reps by: 1. Crediting my CC account & telling me to donate a whole case of food to the local pet shelter (which I did in their name). 2. Immediately replacing an order I never received (although the delivery co. Said it had been delivered a week before) & also sending me a full-sized courtesy bag of the food I never got. 3. When I didn't get the replacement order, they switched me to the carrier of my choice & again sent courtesy dog food bags to replace the ones that had been lost. 3 Replacing a broken pet bowl immediately (1 of a set of 2) & sending it( with some additional items I ordered) free of charge. I don't know how Mr. Chewy does it, but their service is consistently A#1. All their customer service reps are courteous & professional. They aim to please & keep their customers. I won't buy my pet food/supplies elsewhere. Their selection, quality, prices & most of all, their customer service is better than Outstanding!!

I had 4 boxes of Weruva cat food that my cat didn't like. They refunded my money and told me to donate it to the nearest shelter! That is so awesome of them!!! I will keep buying from them!

I am amazed by this company, the full offer of products is just grade-a and the shipping is the fastest shipping I've ever experienced online. I am very happy and I will continue to purchase my dogs essentials here. Highly recommend it over PetSmart or any other.

I did a search for pill guns because my cat has medicine that can't be crushed. The cheapest one I found was on Chewy.com. Other sites had the exact same item for a lot more. Not only did I get the item for a really low price, but it was here in less than 2 days!! Highly recommend this site.

This is my first review EVER which says a lot. First off, the quality and the prices on the products that Chewy sells are unreal! I have yet to have been let down with any product. Secondly, two of the harnesses I purchased were tiny for my frenchie, and I spoke to a representative to return the item. Her work was efficient and quick. I am extremely grateful for this website. My only request is that they begin shipping to Canada ASAP!! Congrats on an Epic online shopping website ;)
