This was my 10th order from Boomerang Tags. They never disappoint and the tags have lasted longer than my dogs have (sadly).

Love these tags! I bought 2 a few yrs ago, thought the vet lost the collar and tag recently, so I replaced the ‘lost’ tag, only to find it. Now I have an extra, just in case. Highly recommend this site!

Order not received. Tried to email owner with no response. Find another tag maker. Order at own risk.

The tags I received last Tuesday was my 5th order with Boomerang Pet ID Tags. I have been and remain extremely happy with the quality of their tags and engraving. I highly recommend Boomerang Tags. Five stars for sure!❤️

I have ordered tags from this company several times and have received excellent products. The tags are practically indestructible and well worth the money. Their customer service is excellent and I would never hesitate to do business with them.

This was my third time ordering from Boomerang. I do love the tags I’ve received in the past. But something is up with their shipping and the owner isn’t addressing the issue, other than to blame USPS and do nothing on his end to find more reliable alternatives. I ordered on 9/22. On 9/25, I received an email that my order had been processed and mailed. I never received it in the mail. On 10/13 (the date I was to contact them if the order wasn’t delivered to either get a refund or a new item shipped), I emailed to let him know that it never arrived. He replied promptly, but told me he wanted to give it until 10/16 to see if it arrived as “ I cannot continue to refill orders free of charge due to slow mail delivery via USPS First Class Mail and remain solvent”. I understand that, but the answer is not to leave customers high and dry. The answer is to find another way to fulfill and deliver orders. I, as a customer, can’t afford to order things that never arrive. But regardless, I gave him the extra time and it is now 10/22 and I have no ID tag. I love the tags I’ve received from them in the past, but until they figure out their shipping issues, it makes me sad that I’ll have to go elsewhere. He ended his email to me with “ Thank you for choosing Boomerang Tags for the protection of your pets! If one of them ever goes missing you'll be glad you did.” I think that’s only true if you actually receive the tag you order. Edited to add: I emailed the owner that I never received the tag after waiting the additional time, and after they promised a refund or replacement if it wasn’t received. I have not received a response yet and am giving them until end of business today before I file a credit card dispute. Recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Boomerang tags showed up in like four days and the engraving is still readable after a month of mud
