I called the company with a problem with my order. The customer service representative was extremely friendly and helpful. They immediately adjusted my account and sent me the new products with no shipping charge. It was an excellent experience and I will continue to do business with this company.

First of all, my husband and I can't say enough good things about this awesome company. We have ordered a lot of things from Mr Chewy and will continue doing so. They are also very catering and pleasant in the customer service department. This is the perfect example of what a company should be.... We had a small issue with one of the items not being delivered because it was on back order and not available. When I called them in reference to the situation, they took care of it and were so nice about it. We look forward to continue shopping with Mr Chewy as well as our family members and friends. Great company, terrific customer service and fantastic prices..... Definitely a FIVE star rating with us.

I literally just got off of the phone with a Chewy.com representative. I was so amazed by my experience that I had to find some way to submit a review. I recently ordered a case of Hills Special Diet Cat ID/Gastro canned wet food. My cat has been suffering from a very sensitive stomach which causes her to vomit just about any food she eats. After getting samples of this food from the vet I found that after about 6 days of feeding she has not vomit. In searching online I found Chewy.com and since their price was the cheapest I went ahead and ordered a case of 24 5.5oz cans. The item arrived promptly, but when I opened the box I was disappointed to find a bag of Hills P. Diet dry Dog food. I called the rep and explained the situation. The first thing she did was immediately apologize, and then asked if I had any food for the cat currently. I found this question to be strange but explained that yes I did have food, but that unfortunately this food would likely be vomited by the sick cat. The representative then asked if I could purchase the food locally to which I explained yes from the vet, although at a higher price. She then immediately rewarded me a partial refund, and explained that in the meantime my order would be correctly shipped this coming Monday with specific instructions to pull and ship the correct item. After thanking her I asked how I would go about returning the dog food to which she suggested I donate it to a local shelter or to someone who had a dog in need. This is a shining example of how businesses should be treating their customers but sadly seldom do anymore. Never once did I ask or suggest any course of action, yet the representative immediately went out of her way to correct the error and make suitable arrangements for my cats welfare. Bravo Chewy.com and thank you representative, I wish I had taken your name to give you the credit you deserve! Normally I would have but I was too busy with my jaw hanging open in shock!

Ive been ordering from Mr. Chewy for a year or so. My dogs needs are changing with her age and Mr. Chewy has good prices on more expensive brands. I had finally decided to switch my dog from hard food to soft food. I forgot to cancel the hard food order on my autoship. I was reminded when a 30lb bag of the hard food arrived. I knew that returning a 30lb bag of dog food would end up costing as much as I would get back in return. I called customer service to cancel the order. A (real) woman answered immediately. I explained what had happened and told her I needed to cancel the order so that it would not happen again. She was typing away and said that she had just canceled the order and returned the money to my card. I was flabbergasted! I wasn't sure I heard it right so I asked again about returning such a big bag of food. She said that Mr.Chewy just asked that I would donate the bag to animal rescue. I was quiet for a second...more like speechless. It had been my fault and I was not expecting such an amazing outcome. I was so impressed with Mr.Chewy, I asked what I could do for them. The woman helping me said I could write a review. I am happy to do that!. I have never written a review on any product before this one but, I have never been so blown away by online ordering and customer service!

I have had my dog's food delivered by chewy.com on autoship for about 2 years. I realized that my delivery had not come one week (it usually only takes, at most, 2 business days). I checked the tracking number and it said that the order had not shipped yet. I used the "chat now" feature on the website and told Brandi the problem. She was very helpful, apologized on behalf of the company (it wasn' t even their fault, it was the carrier's), and said my delivery would be shipped out immediately. Sure enough, the food was on my doorstep the very next day. Thank you so much! It's rare and refreshing to be able to have 100% trust and faith in a company and I do in chewy.com!

I had two other pet product online sites. One website no longer carried the product and the other's website was so delayed when processing my order so I tried Chewy. I am very impressed and now will place all my orders with them!

We had been buying food from Petco on line. We ran into a problem recently, called customer service and reached someone in the Philippines. The person did not seem to have a good comprehension of the English language and seemed to not understand what they had been looking at on the computer screen. I tried 3 times, all 3 times the same thing. I called Petco corporate offices and they had someone from the Philippines call me back after I told them I wanted to speak with someone in the California offices. I called the operator at the corporate office back again and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I took to the internet/facebook to tell folks about my experience and someone suggested chewy.com I am so pleased to have found chewy.com. I called Chewy.com and spoke to someone who could speak english. I even used IM with chewy.com and the person was so helpful. The prices at chewy.com are reasonable too. I am 100% a chewy.com customer now and will be ordering my dog's food on the regular from chewy.com Finally a company that gets it! Chewy.com
