Can't say enough good things about Chewy.com but here it goes- great communication, great customer service, fair pricing, fresh product, always delivered on time, easy to deal with. What more could you ask from a company? These guys are just flat out great!!

It was one of those mornings when things just weren't falling into place. I opened the box from Chewy that had arrived a few days earlier to find it contained the wrong dog food. Since this was the first time I had ordered from Chewy, I was worried that getting this corrected was going to be a hassle. I called their 24 hour customer service and was told the correct food would ship today - no questions asked. I had a confirmation email in seconds. And if that wasn't enough - I was asked to donate the food I did receive to a shelter! I LOVE CHEWY!

I am on autoship with Mr. Chewy and I really like it. They send a preshipping notice so it is very easy to make any small adjustments needed or add extra one time items to my order. My shipments always arrive right when expected. Customer service is great. I received a personal call to let me know an item would not ship as expected in case I needed to make other arrangements. It seems crazy, to me, to haul those heavy kitty litter and dog food bags, when Chewy.com will bring them right to my door with no shipping charges.

Pretty good prices, but not sure what they mean by fast shipping. Placed my order on Wednesday evening and it wasn't even shipped until Friday afternoon. UPS says it's not scheduled to be delivered until Wednesday. I signed up for auto ship, but if this is a sign of how slow they are I may cancel, just so I don't have to worry about it. I was ordering from another .com company who's delivery was 1-2 days. I switched to Chewy's because the prices were a bit better.

Where to begin? Chewy offers high quality products, none of the cheap or questionable products that other sites carry. On top of that, their prices are unbeatable (this is what originally led me to chewy) but what takes the cake is their superior customer service. The few times I have had a question or request, I have been address with polite, kindness and have received quick answers or updates. I received a hand written holiday card last week, how impressive. Chewy.com is a very unique company and is one to be learned from. Please keep up the great work. You have a customer for life!

I have been a customer for about a year, and last week got a Christmas (holiday) greeting card from the owners, expressing their appreciation. I would like to thank them for the card, and express that those little things like to card, increases customer satisfaction, loyalty and appreciation.

Awesome company. They have the cheapest prices I've seen online, great selection of food and other items. Their 24/7 customer service is amazing and helps you out with anything you need. They replace items for free if you have any issues, they don't give you the runaround, they immediately apologize and offer a refund or replacement. They offer free shipping at $49 and no weight limit so you can buy a bunch of food and litter and even if it needs to be shipped in multiple boxes, it's free shipping. They've even mailed me a few "Thank you" postcards, HANDWRITTEN, just to be nice. I cannot say enough good things about this company. As long as they are in business and their prices are the lowest, I will always shop on their site.

This company has done everything top notch! Auto orders, delivery to your doorstep, free delivery ($49+ not hard with a large dog for food or flea medication), great customer service, affordable prices, personalized thank you cards, Christmas cards, and treating your pet like a furry family member! Would highly recommend everyone check out this company!
