Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

This company is by by far the BEST pet supply company I have ever come across. They offer a wide range of choices for all your needs at very reasonable prices. The food I buy my dogs is very expensive and Chewy always has it for the lowest price. Their shipping is beyond fast. I order something in the morning, a few hours later I receive an email stating that my items have shipped. They are in FL, I am in MA. I would recommend them to any and all pet owners! :)

I usually order from another company but found Chewy.com while researching better prices for Pure Vita for my sensitive cat. Chewy has competitive prices and I couldn't pass up the AutoShip Discount Promotion. The discount is a one-time deal but buying 2 bags for a few more dollars couldn't be ignored. The shipping time to AZ was terrible and took 5 business days plus a weekend to get it. The Pure Vita I received was the correct flavor and the size I wanted. I recommend buying from Mr. Chewy but be sure to order before you need it in case you run out of food before delivery like I did.

I have received several of the Orijen Large Breed Puppyfood from Chewy.com. One of my shipments was supposed to have a free treat. Much to my puppies disappointment, it didn't come in the package. I called them, they were extremely apologetic and shipped me the free treat sample pack free of charge within 2 days. I just received another order from them. This time, the bag was sliced during their packaging process. I wouldn't have cared except we just got snow and the package sat outside and soaked through to the food that spilled out on the inside of the box. I called, they again were very apologetic and offered to send me a new bag free of charge. You would think that since I've had two negative experiences with them that I would go elsewhere but no! What's nice is that they don't hassle you, they don't ask you any questions and just offer to make it right. That's what excellent customer service is all about! I would recommend them for this alone...not to mention they have the best prices on food!

This was my first order with Chewy and I was skeptical. Can they really be as good as their reviews? Yes they can! My order arrived quickly! So far, so good. When I noticed a little part was broken off (by the looks of the box, it was done during shipping and not their fault), I contacted customer service. Since it was after 5pm, I didn't really expect anyone to be there and figured I'd be stuck in "pick a number purgatory". Boy was I surprised when a charming and friendly young woman answered the phone! She immediately looked up my order and said that another complete unit would be sent out the next day! No waiting for a return shipping label, no hassles getting it mailed back, nothing but good old fashioned customer service! Our local rescue will be thrilled with the damaged item and amazed that Chewy suggested donating it instead of returning it! Well folks, you have a new customer here! Great prices, fast shipping, good quality items and outstanding customer service! Welcome to my family Chewy!

I am SO happy I discovered Mr. Chewy. I'm finding better products and prices on line, and best of all, I don't have to lug heavy stuff home from the store and be constantly running out of cat litter and dog and cat food/treats. Absolutely THE BEST customer service. When Mr Chewy ran out of an item included in my auto ship, a customer rep called me at home to explain and tell me that Chewy.com would send 2 of the smaller bags in lieu of the out-of-stock larger one (actually providing me more volume of food at the same price). And when I inadvertently added the wrong item to a shipment, a quick call put me through to a very pleasant woman who cheerfully helped me correct my mistake and didn't make me feel like I was stupid or a bother. Even if the prices weren't the best I've seen, I'd still return to Chewy.com for the customer service. So please know this, Customer Service Associates: even though it may seem like your good work goes un-noticed, it doesn't. Your excellence keeps me as a long-time customer.

I had a problem with my order. This was the first time I ordered from Chewy. I contacted Customer Service via chat. The problem was taken care of immediately. The Customer Service agent (Dani) was extremely polite, helpful and professional. She took care of the situation immediately. I am amazed at how well this company takes the concerns of it's customers seriously. I have had to hassle with many companies over other purchases. This company is excellent with their customer service and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you, Chewy!

I have never had such a wonderful and positive experience as I have with chewy.com. I have used this company for my cat food and litter supplies for three years. I have never had a problem but the BEST thing of all is when I called to return a box of cat food I could not use because the vet changed my cats diet they immediately issued a return AND simply asked that I donate to a local organization or shelter. This company is amazing for doing this and I will respectfully buy all of my cat supplies from them from now on. Thank you for excellent customer service and the humanity to help serve the pets in need in our community.

I called customer service as I had a problem with my order. My call was answered immediately and the customer service rep was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very quickly, she informed me that they would ship out a new order at no charge. I have been extremely happy with Chewy.com's service since I first started ordering from them. They have a great selection of products and I love that they offer free 1-2 day shipping on orders. With their autoship option, I don't have to keep track of when I will run out of dog food, Chewy.com ships it automatically, so I never run out! They also send thank you cards, which is a much appreciated personal touch.
