I ordered the wrong wireless fence collar receiver for my dog ($60 value). When I called to ask about returning the product, the very friendly and helpful customer rep. told me that the money would be refunded and just to donate the collar to a local rescue or animal shelter. I was shocked! I asked if she needed any proof of the donation--and she said, "We trust you and want to help out whenever we can!" I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!

wow!! so I had ordered a bulk supply from Chewy.com of my elderly kitty's Prescription Diet wet food to treat his hyperthyroidism. My little old man decided he didn't like the wet food anymore as soon as I received the package. So I go to return it, not only do they fully refund me but they also tell me that instead of returning the package to them, I donate the food to a local shelter! I've never been blown away by any kind of customer service as I have by those at Chewy.com. Their kindness and generosity has made me a customer for life and I have recommended them to everyone I know with a pet!

Lightning fast delivery - they even let you choose if you want your package delivered by UPS or Fedex. This was a lifesaver for me because in my neighborhood in DC, UPS is completely unreliable. Chewy even helped me sort out a few frustrating delivery issues with UPS for my first few orders. Chewy also has the best prices and the nicest/most efficient customer service agents around!

It is so convenient to have my dog and cat food shipped to my door instead of having to lug it home. I signed up for the autoship so it just gets sent every month. If I need it shipped sooner or later I can change my ship date with a couple clicks. Great prices and super fast shipping! Awesome company, would recommend to anyone!

I was looking for a slow feeder food bowl because my puppy ate too fast. I purchased a bowl through chewy.com and before receiving the new bowl, a friend gave the same bowl as a present. I called Chewy to arrange for a return. They simply told me they would credit back my account and asked me to donate the bowl to a shelter. How awesome are they by giving back to the community in this way?! The fact that they do this locked me down as a customer because I want to continue to support them and give them my business. Their products are high quality and at a great price. I have difficulty finding my puppy food in my city, except at one boutique puppy shop (who also hike up the cost). I can get my puppy's kibble at a better price with free shipping through Chewy! A few days ago, I even received a lovely postcard thanking me for my business. Keep doing what you're doing, Chewy!

Lightening fast delivery (I usually receive my order within 2 days, free delivery for order over $49), the best price in the market, and a handwritten holiday card to establish good customer relationships - that is a model company that is hard to find nowadays! As an online company, their website is well designed, nice filter design that makes searches effortless, product info is clear and sufficient, and no tax included (gotta love that!). Highly recommend.

Chewy is fantastic, I use the autoship on my food orders and they arrive on time every time. Shipping is free over $50 and no tax too. The pups love the food and treats I get them. Chewy.com is AMAZING. We have been using them to purchase our dog and cat food, treats, cleaners, and a variety of other products for about 8 months now. And the crazy thing is it's cheaper for us than when we were buying the same products in a store! We moved from Chicago to a small town last summer, and we couldn't find any of the high-quality foods or treats that we had been feeding our pets. We happened upon this website, and the prices seemed too good to be true. We couldn't believe how fast our first order arrived, and the free shipping is unbeatable. They have a great selection of high-quality products, and we would shop through them over a regular store any day! We also get handwritten, thank-you post cards in the mail, which is AWESOME! We started using their autoship because we got a good discount on our order for signing up. We change our order about every time (getting different treats/products), and it is so easy to login and update our items and/or the shipping date. They also send an email a few days before your order is going to ship in case you need to go in and make any changes. We absolutely love this company. If they ever go out of business we don't know what we would do. However, we don't see that happening because they are truly fabulous.
