So my young dog who was receiving medications from Chewy died recently and Chewy not only sent me a condolence card but also sent me roses!!! I have been using them since the pandemic for all my needs for my 8 dogs and have never been disappointed in the service or the quick response to any questions I have had. 5 star company that cares about their customers. And the prices aren't bad either.

I ordered a cat wheel hoping to help my cats get some exercise. They thought it was a bed. Chewy emailed me to leave a review for the wheel. I gave a neutral review because the cat wheel itself was decent for the price, but my three cats and my daughter's two cats had no interest in using it no matter how hard we tried to get them engaged. This morning I received an email from Chewy saying my payment source would be refunded the full amount and that I can donate the wheel to someone who might use it. I didn't ask for a refund and I didn't give a negative review, just a neutral one so this came as a pleasant surprise. I give 5 stars for Chewy's customer service. Thanks, Chewy.com!

Their shipping company lost my order. Had to go to the store and purchase it. Now 4 days later, they deliver it and charge me. Now they want me to go out of my way again and take to to FedEx. Canceled my subscription.

I have never had any negative experience with them WHATSOEVER. I've been buying through them for at least 5 years and I now buy all my pet food through them. More than once I've written a less than positive review on some food which my cats turned their noses up at and they have actually, without my request, refunded my money! Their delivery time is so fast it's breath taking! More than once I have ordered to and received my goods the next day! I think the people that complain are easily confused and should probably not be trying to order via the internet. Amazingly, Chewy is one of the few sellers who will take phone orders! I turned my senior computer challenged friend in upper state NY on to them. She orders by phone and has thanked me more than once for the referral!

What a wonderful company. We been using Chewy exclusively for our kitty, Tessie's needs since 2014...for over 11 years. They always answer the phone within a minute...the reps are always pleasant and seemingly enjoying their work. They are always helpful in placing orders/managing 'autoship' issues and dealing with any problems. They have a 365 day return policy. (who else has such a generous return policy)? What more could you ask for? Well two days ago they made my wife and me cry. We had phoned them to request that they cancel our future food 'auto-ships' as our only pet, 17 year old Tessie had passed two weeks earlier. A few days later just before supper we heard a knock at our door and a pleasant man handed me a vase filled with flowers. I was perplexed as no one has ever sent me flowers. Turned out it was Chewy. And with the flowers a card expressing their condolences for our loss. Both my wife and I started crying (again). Thank you Chewy for always being there for us. Michael, Linda and Tessie

I noticed several charges to my bank account for Chewy.com the other day. I called my bank and reported the fraud and ordered new cards. I called Chewy.com and tried to report it to them as well and gather information. They informed me "sorry, but its is chewy.com's policy to protect criminals at all cost. We will not give you any information about this order. YES.. We have the metadata and shipping address, but because we support criminals, we will not give you this information." Please be advised that Chewy.com is a garbage criminal organization and it must be taken down. - Legal disclaimer: The above response from Chewy.com is a paraphrase. It is my personal position that they are aiding and abetting criminals with their refusal to help victims of fraud seek justice.

I tried to place an order for Hills Urinary Tract dog food. I have order this very item before. I keep getting the message that payment information is incorrect. It is no--I had just placed an order with another vendor before trying to place this order without any problem. The customer service rep told me that there was nothing that she could do and that I need to contact my bank. I believe that the problem is on Chewy's end but she would not look into it. Very poor customer service. ******************** In fairness to Chewy I was able to speak to Bree. She was very accommodating and should be singled out by Chewy for righting a wrong.

If you ever have a problem call them. They had reps working at 2:20 am problem resolved. Thank U Evelyn!
