They always cancel my order if I used their coupon which they emailed to me. It happened to me twice. Why did they email me the coupon in the first place? Just for wasting my time

They lure you in with a huge "welcome back 15$ off your purchase of $50 or more" on the front page. Then you fill the cart with the amount needed and it says you don't qualify! When I called costumer service she tells me - "It's like buying a car, exclusions apply", and that only the few items in the promotion when u click on it would then give u the promised discount. As if I needed perfect credit to buy dog toys! What a shitty marketing campaign, I'll go support my local pet store instead of giving that corporate conglomerate any money. What a waste of my time sat here for 30+ mins curating my cart. This is what's wrong with extractive capitalism deception and poor costumer service. Lady totally hung up on me on the phone!

Most customer friendly, honorable company ever.

Great! I help my grandmother out in making many purchases each month and they are always on time. My only HUGE complaint would be to please pack things better!!! Just because I order two big bags of hard food and one big bag of litter doesn't mean you have to shove it all in one big box!! That makes it especially difficult for the delivery driver to deliver the item safely (and without dropping it). Its also makes it incredibly difficult for me to bring in!! One thing I will mention is that Chewy really puts customers first. When my grandmother's pet passed, they sent her flowers. This was an excellent touch and made her feel very happy to receive.

I used to love chewy, thought they were an amazing company!!! Unfortunately I feel the exact opposite now!!! Where do I begin??? So I’ll just Randomly start with the first issue that comes to mind, and remember all these issues have been back to back to back!!!! So the “Pet MD” omega 3 fish oil soft gels for dogs, is not technically for dogs!!! Dogs have to have vitamin e to deliver the omega and there is not a drop of vitamin e in it. So for a lot of dog owners you’re just wasting money. But for some you’re poisoning your dog, some dogs just store it up since it’s not going to use. Grant it. It’s not like giving them anthrax but it’s not helping them either. Now let me go to the next subject 200 dollars worth of heart worm medicine the last 3 doses had some manufacturing defects and were literally hard as a rock. I could not cut them with a serrated knife, I soaked them in water nothing. Well after dozens of emails chewy just passed it on to heartgard. And heargard passed it on to chewy so I got nothing. Then I had refills on my dogs medicine well their system would not let me order the refills then the refills expired. So I ordered more well after 2 weeks the order still said waiting for vet approval usually takes 1-2 days. Well 2 weeks I message chewy they say oh we will call the vet first thing in morning. I said okay. 3 more days go by still no word from chewy in any of this. I message again this time they tell me my vet switched to no more verbal prescriptions I have to go in to see them. I was just there 3 weeks ago. And now have to bring 2 healthy dogs back to the vet and pay more unnecessary money cuz chewy didn’t inform me. I’m also mad at vet and will be switching for not informing as well and also refusing to let chewy accept a verbal authorization and wanting us to come spend more money. So bye bye mounds animal clinic in mounds Minnesota!!! I’m tired of typing but have several dozen more instances to go along with this monologue!!!!!!

Excellent and understanding. Got my RX cat food through them. Good price and when my little baby passed, they refunded my last order and told me to donate the food to a shelter and they sent flowers. Very kind and great customer service.

I want to thank Chewy for their compassionate response when I recently lost one of my dogs and 2 cats within a few months of each other. They noticed I had memorialized them and sent a really caring response, which I so appreciated!
