I attempted to submit an order for a few items totaling $60.30 several times yesterday. After making my selections, and entering payment information, I got Oops! Something went wrong each time after verifying all information. Help line was just as worthless. Today, I made one last attempted with a different payment method with same Oops! msg. So I ordered the exact same items from Amazon for $10 cheaper! Plus next day FREE delivery!

They are seriously the most wholesome and sweet company. Been using them for several years. Always attentive to reviews and has given me a refund based on dissatisfaction with a product, always fixes problems with orders that are shipped out, and gives that extra nice touch by sending birthday coupons.

I have been ordering from chewy for years buying mostly expensive dog food. Usually 3 - 30 pound bags of wellness a month. Over the past 3 years I've lost 5 labs to cancer. My last lab was not doing well and was running short on food so ordered another 30 pound bag but lost my pup . I tried to actually contact chewy to see about returning the last bag (unopened) and got nothing but the run around -I don't need this! A 30 pound bag delivered every 10 days for years ($2500-$3000 a year for food and prescriptions and supplies and this is how they treat people) I will know better to do business with chewy in the future.

MY OLDER LOVING CAT LOVEABLE HAS A THROID ISSUE. MONTHLY I ORDER HIS THYROID MEDICATION TO HELP KEEP HIS THYROID LEVEL AT WHAT IT SHOULD BE. THIS LAST TIME I ORDERED IT, AS USUAL MONTHLY WHEN IT GETS LOW, A COMPOUND U PUT ON EACH EAR TWICE DAILY. I LOOKED ON MY EMAIL FOR ARRIVAL IT SAID IT WAS CANCELED. I CALLED CHEWY IMMEDIATELY SHE SAID THERE WAS A SYSTEM GLITCH. SHE REORDERED IT AGAIN. FINALLY IT CAME 1 WEEK LATER. THIS CAN NEVER HAPPEN. HE CAN NEVER BE WITHOUT IT. A SYSTEM GLITCH ???????? SO NOW I LOOK FOR ANOTHER SOURCE

Chewy.com worked with me to donate a pet bed I purchased through them. They advocated for donating it to a local shelter. I have been an intermittent customer of Chewy.com and this interaction was the first I have had with customer service in a few years. Awesome service and they appear to be true advocates for pets and shelter animals alike! The product I purchased was very good quality at a reasonable price. Give them a try and I think you will be happy!

Chewy always tries to correct any problems I have had. I had to figure out the autoship, so it met my needs. But today I received a hand delivered bouquet of flowers, Roses, carnations, the works, in a vase with a beautiful card expressing sympathy for my cat who recently passed. I was completely shocked a company would do this free of charge. Thank you Chewy, for letting me memorialize my baby, and sending such beautiful flowers. 🩷🐾

I was updating my profile on Chewy.com the other day and marked that our Sami had passed. I didn’t think much of it…..just one of those necessary, painful housekeeping things. Then, out of the blue, this beautiful card and hand-painted stone arrived in the mail. Totally unexpected… and so deeply appreciated. Chewy didn’t have to do anything. But they did. And that, my friends, is what #unreasonablehospitality looks like. In a world full of automated everything, Chewy reminded me that real compassion still exists…..and apparently, it ships free. Thank you, Chewy, for honoring Sami’s memory in such a thoughtful, personal way. You turned a routine update into a heartfelt moment I’ll never forget.
